I love this book, I read it after the total money makeover and it really completes the ideas. Dave Ramsey has helped change my life and he can help you too!!!

One of the best books on personal finance I've read in a while. I still consult it from time to time. It takes you through a step by step process to financial peace. I like that it has a professional perspective from Dave and a perspective from an untrained person (his wife) that looks at the same concept in a different, every day application. Concrete examples and tools in the back. This is not just a book, it's a system and whole approach at approaching finances.

This really is a great book. It does not give you a lot different situations because that is not the purpose. Dave Ramsey keeps it simple, so if you are looking for a big complicated answer move on. Getting out of debt, getting you priorities straight, building wealth, and most importantly getting your emotional and personal priorities straight is not hard, it is as simple as deciding and doing it.Study this book, there is great information, and put it to use. Keep it simple, create a budget, and stick too it.

Very helpful information. It gave me the encouragement that I needed for money saving tips on getting out of debt. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a way out of debt.

Started reading so I could plan and decide what to do with the money I make contracting overseas. I found out similar reasoning that is enforced by an economic and financing course that I am currently taking. Great read and several of my associates have borrowed the book and have stated it also assisted them in their decision making process.

Excellent book for anyone that is trying to revamp their finances!! Purchased this for a friend that just graduated with her MBA. The book was listed as new condition, but the outside cover did not look brand new. Was a bit disappointed with that, since I was giving this to someone as a gift.

I am a huge fan of Dave Ramsey, and I bought this book to learn more about his process. It is as I expected-excellent.

As an accountant and financial adviser who helps people get their financial houses in order, I LOVE the message that Dave gives in FPR. He is very informative and straight forward in his approach. I can attest that if you use these principles and stick to them....you'll notice great change in only a few months. 5 Stars all the way.
