They work for me very up close but that was it. Maybe it's because my eyes are so bad? But I was not impressed with them myself.

I bought these specifically because they're marketed as multi magnification and adjustable. These are NOT adjustable as the description claims. The glasses are set at one 1x magnification. And for the price, you're better off getting a $6 pair from Walmart.

I can't get accustomed to my bifocals so I often switch between two pairs of readers depending on my need. I require +1.0 for walking about or driving and +3.0 for reading or seeing close details. These readers are helpful for both near and far vision for me, but there is distortion and I feel some eye strain when I use these for distance viewing. They're effective for reading or viewing small items closely. I haven't decided if these are a replacement for my usual two pairs or not. I'm a little perplexed as to how these function. The frames are light and flattering to many face shapes. The spring hinges feel stretchy and sturdy. The glasses don't feel like they are high quality but they don't feel cheap either. No cleaning cloth or storage case/sleeve was included in the box. I feel they are a bit pricey for a single pair of readers. Overall, I'm undecided about how I feel about these glasses. They're okay but I think I'll be keeping these for a backup pair and continuing to use my other pairs that don't feel like they are creating a strained feeling effect on my eyes.

The One Power Reading Glasses with its fancy auto focus dial is an interesting idea, but it's not perfect. The whole concept of "one size fits all" for reading glasses is a bit of a stretch. While it did adjust the power somewhat, it wasn't quite as crisp and clear as my regular reading glasses with a specific strength. On the plus side, the frames are comfortable and stylish, and the fact that you can adjust the power on the fly is handy if you forget your specific reading glasses for different tasks. For the price, it's not a bad deal, but if you need precise magnification, you might be better off with a traditional pair.
