Fun gift for my son — and husband! The item comes with 3-4 strings that glow-in-the-dark (with a blacklight on the device). Rechargeable, easy to use. I’m a little concerned the strings may wear over time but so far it’s been really fun!

Great toy. I got these for my 2 year old and 4 year old grand sons, and they LOVE THEM!!!! They do tangle fairly easily, but with an adult standing by to untangle, they provide a lot of fun. I would buy them again!

Don’t hesitate to purchase these. I bought them for my grandchildren’s stocking ages 14-22. EVERYONE in the family had a great time playing with the ZipString They’re quite unique, in that, it’s a mystery on how they work. A little pricy, but worth it. Would recommend for older kids 12 and up because, they’re pricey and younger ones won’t appreciate the concept. Be sure to play with it at night using the neon strand!!

This toy is awesome! My son loves it. It comes with several different string sizes and colors. Only the white ones actually glow. It's very easy to set up the strings and use. It's a rechargeable battery, which is great. The only issue is you will be untangling the string quite a bit when the younger kids are learning to use it, so definitely start them out with the short string. The longer strings are best suited for outdoor use, unless you have a huge room to use it.

I just gave this to my 10 year old son. It was a HUGE hit. Fun, addictive. It's just cool. I'm not sure how else to describe it. I may end up buying one for myself as I want to play with it too. I'd give it 4.5 stars (but I'll round up to 5) as the only issues I'm feeling are (1) the string can tangle quickly, which I do understand that failure when playing with this thing makes when you master it it better, but I wish it was a little easier to unknot/untangle; (2) it is a little louder than what I'd like; and (3) I wish there were ties included for the strings or some sort of included string organization... The strings didn't come with any rubber bands or twist ties, but the short charging cable did lol.

I purchased 2 of these for my children, aged 5 and 6. It is fun to play with and the glowing sting is cool, but they get the string tangled constantly and I got tired of rethreading it so for now, it has been put away. We will try it again when they are a bit older.

Great little toy, highly entertaining. Battery seems to last ages. The longer strings need to be in a big room or outside. Glow in the dark feature works really well at night. Lots of fun and easy to use.
