Sakkas Starlight Caftan Tank Dress/Cover Up

I'm a UK size 20. 5' 6" tall. 40D size bra. This is my 5th Sakkas dress and is my favourite so far and a perfect loose fit (but doesn't look like a tent at all). . Is a bit longer than the Sakkas 10831 Ombre Floral Tie Dye Tank Sheath Caftan Cotton Dress and comes in at a tad longer than mid calf. Lovely colours (Blue one). As with the other Sakkas, I wear a underskirt with it. Highly recommend it. All Sakkas are best hand washed in a basin using cold water.

I have purchased this purely as a cover up for the beach. I wasn’t sure whether I would like it as much prefer my clothes to be more fitted and dislike anything baggy! I’m a size 10/12 and certainly wouldn’t wear this as a dress, however it is ideal for the purpose I want it for. Although the material is quite thin, there is so much of it it does actually hang quite well. I am 5’5” and the length is perfect on me, the long ends (front and back) swing about an inch or so above my ankles. I was previously looking at long dresses but the lengths were clearly far too long for my height and despite this looking like a midi dress on the model, it ended up being the perfect length for me as a long dress! Although the colour is lovely (I ordered the turquoise blue one) I have marked it down a star as the colour received is actually quite different from the one pictured. I understand that this type of material will have colour variations but it’s actually a lot darker than the one I thought I was going to get which was a tad disappointing. However it is pretty and overall I am pleased with this purchase.

This dress is my summer staple. I am standard UK size 18 and this dress fits perfectly with room to spare. When it gets really hot, this dress is very cool and easy to wear, as it doesn't cling to the body. Only snag is that if you are wearing around town, etc. you will need a petticoat, as it is very easy to see through. However, for holidays, who cares? It is a nice fit underneath the arms and not too tight, as some can be. I am 5'4" tall and it is not overly long, reaching my mid calf at the longest length. The colours are beautiful and bright and I get a lot of compliments on the design. I have washed with other coloureds on a cool hand-wash cycle in my washing machine and it washed lovely, with no shrinking. I left it to hang dry and it doesn't need ironing. Win! Would recommend.

Arrived on time. Love it, lt's just what I've been looking for. I couldn't find one similar in shops so decided to try this one & very glad I did! Hides all my lumps & bumps, lovely & floaty for the summer.

Fits really well (size 20/22) loose and comfortable , colour a little to bright compared to picture but that's only a personal preference , excellent cover up for holidays

Dress is OK, I am a size 12/14 (UK) and this dress fits comfortably, I think it would be very uncomfortable on the so called max bust size of 54'', I purchased mine via Amazon Prime and the price was acceptable then but currently it is unavailable from Prime and the price plus postage is rather excessive for this dress in my opinion, max value £25 I'd think considering you have to hand wash it.

It is a loose fitting dress, ideal for hot days. I’m normally a size 14 and this is roomy but doesn’t feel baggy. It will be good on holiday when you need light weight loose clothing. Like the colours, not as bright as I thought but pretty.

I have at lest 4 of these dresses and they fit well. They also do not need ironing, just do them in a cold wash shake and hang to dry. Absolutely wonderful, easy maintenance, thank you.

Ich hab mir dieses Kleid gekauft, um es mir an heißen Tagen zu Huse überzuwerfen und luftig zu haben. Die seitliche Raffung mag Geschmacksache sein - ich hätte es mir ohne diese eben besser vorstellen können. Vor allem die völlig asymmetrische Raffung wirkt aber, so finde ich, seltsam. Was solls, dachte ich mir - für zu Hause ist das ja nicht so wichtig. Nach einigen wenigen Wäschen aber ist der Stoff nun ausgefranst und vor allem am Saum an den Armausschnitten zerschlissen. Die zwei Sterne vergebe ich zum Einen für die Luftigkeit, die ich mir ja gewünscht hatte, zum anderen für das angenehme Gefühl des Stoffes auf der Haut. Vielleicht hatte ich mit meinem Kleidungsstück Pech - ich werde es nicht erfahren, denn ich werde gewiss kein weiteres des Herstellers erwerben.

Ich hab mich immer nicht getraut, so etwas zu kaufen, weil ich bei meiner "vermanschten" Figur" auch mit zigmal anprobieren, bisher nie das Passende gefunden habe.Bis jetzt: Das Kleid ist sehr luftig, aber nicht durchsichtig. Es hat einen ausgesprochen günstigen Farbdruck, das den Busen optisch verkleinert. Der Armausschnitt ist genau richtig, es kneift nichts und man kann auch nicht den halben Oberkörper sehen. Ich werde mir hiervon bestimmt noch eins in einer anderen Farbe bestellen.

Obwohl der Schnitt großzügig ist,schaut es angezogen nicht wie ein Sack aus.Ich trage Gr.44 und würde locker bis 52 passen.Die Farben harmonieren gut.Das Material fühlt sich weich und anschmiegsam an.Obwohl ein Armauschnitt um ca 1,5 cm kürzer ist als der andere ( habe es zugenäht) und der Runde Ausschnitt nicht ganz symetrisch ist ,bin ich froh um dieses Kleid.Wenn man sich bückt schaut nicht die Brust oben raus weil der Ausschnitt wirklich gut schließtNachtragObwohl eine Handwäsche empfohlen ist,habe ich das Kleid in der Maschine gewaschen Handwäsche/Fein-Wollwaschgang mit Kaltem Wasser und 30Grad.Es bleibt alles schön.

Firstly the two dresses I bought are very pretty and as shown by manufacturer. I think they should add to the description that you can see right through them.I bought them specifically for an upcoming vacation. I wont be wearing them on it because you can see right through them. Maybe as a beach cover up.I can wear them at home for relaxation. So that is why I am not returning them. So for those of you who like a very wispy material that is see through. This is for you.

ich trage 44 in kleidern, und bin 173 cm groß, das kleid geht bei mir bis mitte wade.es ist echt luftig, leicht, sehr angenehm zu tragen und gut geschnitten. die farbe ist etwas dunkeler als auf dem bild, was mir aber sehr gut gefällt. auf dem bild war mir das kleid fast schon zu hell.ich habe schon öfters ähnliche kleider bestellt, die meist zurück gingen, weil sie unmöglich an mir aussahen, hier passt alles. jetzt habe ich ein weiteres sommerkleid von der firma bestellt.endlich habe ich ein luftiges kleid für den summer gefunden, und auch schon einige komplimente dafür erhalten!

Das Kleid hat sehr schöne Farben, wie auf den Abbildungen dargestellt, ist wunderschön luftig, mit leicht kühlendem Stoff und sehr gut verarbeitet. Von der Passform her, ist es für mich ideal - bin 1,62 m groß. Leider roch es bei der Lieferung ziemlich stark. Habe es deshalb auch gleich gewaschen. Und da ich gelesen hatte, dass es bei Einigen beim ersten Waschen abfärbte, habe ich gleich Färbesalz und 1 Packung Farbfixierer dazu getan. So färbte es nicht und kann auch zukünftig nichts mehr abfärben. Das Kleid ist ansonsten absolut bügelfrei - einfach nass aufhängen. Fertig! Überlege schon, ob ich noch eins bestelle...

Das Kleid ist superleicht und bei dieser Hitze super! Trotz "one size" passt es gut (Gr.50, 173 cm groß), nur die Armlöcher könnten einen Tick größer sein. Mir reicht das Kleid bis zur Wade, ist also nicht bodenlang, aber ich bin groß. Beim Auspacken roch es sehr unangnehm, ich hab es in Essigwasser ausgespült, auch um das Auslaufen der Farbe zu verhindern, tropfnass aufgehängt und ohne bügeln angezogen! Ich bin sehr glücklich damit! Volle Kaufempfehlung!

I thought it was a flimsy material but it is not. Love the dress, material and the fit. Thank you so very much. I wear this dress at least 2 or 3 times a month. Going shopping, visiting friends and family, and a funeral are some of the places I have worn the dress. I have gotten so many compliments about the look, fit, and colour. I fell in love with the dress and waited until the price went down to buy it. Thank you for making this dress.

Habe gleich noch zwei bestellt.Hatte mir in Thailand schon ähnliche gekauft, die aber ziemlich zippelten und auch eigentlich zu kurz waren.Diese hier sind halt nix Asiatisches und können über den Strand hinaus getragen werden.Z.B. zur Arbeit. Weil es dort aber klimatisiert ist und ich auch mehr auf Ärmel stehe, habe ich mir ein, zwei Jäckchen (Street One Damen Filvia Strickjacke) dazu gekauft.Perfekt!Oder Shirts drunter (Amazon-Marke: MERAKI AP006 t shirt damen, 2er pack, Amazon-Marke: find. Damen Lang geschnittenes T-Shirt mit rundem Ausschnitt) Nein, für diese Tipps bekomme ich keine Provisionen!Ich trage 44/46.

Gefällt mir sehr gut und sieht zudem auch noch super aus. Ein richtiges luftiges Sommerkleid und vor allen Dingen Blickdicht. Hatte es gleich Ostersonntag bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen an und habe mich megawohlgefühlt. Es kneift nichts und schwingt schön. Sieht auch mit einer kurzen Jeansjacke und Sneakers super aus. Bin 165cm groß und trage normalerweise Gr. 38, Länge perfekt und auch ansonsten super locker. Es knittert auch nicht und ist ruckzuck trocken nach dem waschen. Ein Allrounder, Schwimmbad, Strand, Urlaub, Eisdiele, einkaufen oder auch nur für daheim. Perfekt, habe mir gleich noch eins in einer anderen Farbe bestellt.

This is a beautiful dress. I'm 5'2" - 135 lb, and it's too large but I used it for a bathing suit cover-up and it worked great. I finally washed it and it shrunk about 4 inches. It fits me great now but beware - if you don't want it to shrink, don't put it in the dryer.

Ich war schon lange auf der Suche nach etwas bequemen, das gerade bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit angenehm auf der Haut ist.Dieser Sakkas ist perfekt. Ich bin 160 cm groß und das Kleid geht an der längsten Stelle bis an den Knöchel. Es ist luftig und leicht, und sieht nach dem Waschen genauso aus wie vorher. Einzig der Armausschnitt könnte einen Tick größer sein. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Je mesure 5 pieds 8 pouces et je pèse 200 livres et je la trouve parfaitement adaptée à ma taille. Je suis bien proportionnée pour mon poids .Si vous êtes petite et mince cela ne fera pas. Comme la robe est transparente c'est ok qu'elle ait beaucoup de tissus. Pour moi elle est parfaite. Enfin quelque chose pour les grandes rondelettes. Yé.

Finalmente un vestito ampio che copre le mie rotondità senza farmi sembrare goffa. È molto bello e leggero adatto al caldo delle città, versatile in quanto va bene sia per il quotidiano che per aperitivi o cene informali accoppiato con un paio di sandali più ricercati o altri accessori. Io sono alta 160 cm e abito mi arriva alle caviglie.
