I was nervous about ordering this product but after doing so I am very happy with the product. After placing the order I was contacted to confirm that the sizing was correct and that I was happy with the actual item in the order, in case it wasn't what I expected, I thought this was excellent, saving them and me any hassle returning goods over such a distance if not what I thought it was meant to be, it then arrived well packaged ahead of schedule. Works as expected.

Über "Plug&Play" in der Beschreibung habe ich müde gelacht und mich auf eine AndroidTV Treiberschlacht eingestellt. NICHTS dergleichen. USB-Stecker rein in den Fernseher -- keine Kalibrierung , nichts. Funktioniert einfach. Exakt was ich erwartet habe. Ich muss nicht mit den Fettfingern auf den Bildschirm sondern nur kurz davor. Die Genauigkeit ist natürlich entsprechend grob, weil der Rahmen nie exakt passen wird. Mein ANwendungsfall: 200€ Fernseher, 100€ Rahmen. --> 43 Zoll Smarthome Zentrale zum Testen. Ich wollte eigentlich später dann einen teuren Touchscreen kaufen, wenn der Test gut läuft. Brauch ich aber gar nicht. Ist ausreichend so.

This touch overlay works perfectly for me. It's sensitive and responsive and didn't require any additional calibration in my case. It would have worked out of the box but I installed the CY Touch device driver instead of using the installed Windows driver and that caused me some issues. The overlay wouldn't respond unless the diagnostic tool was running. I contacted support on the email address given in the instructions sheet and the response was prompt and very helpful. Once I uninstalled the CY touch device driver for Windows, the overlay worked as expected. I'm pleased with the product and the level of support I received.

Acquistata per agevolare mio figlio disabile, direi che a distanza di mesi di utilizzo si è rivelato ottimo, facile da installare, unica pecca il biadesivo in dotazione è il minimo, io ho preferito meterlo su tutto il perimetro in modo da avere una buona tenuta ed ho utilizzato il 3m acrilico per auto, resistente e all'occorrenza facile da rimuovere. Non necessita di installazione driver e software, unia accortezza prima dell'acquisto verificare le dimesioni del proprio tv .

It's not often I leave a 5 star review for a product because there's nearly always room for improvement, but not this. This frame works perfectly and is incredibly easy to set up The frame sections are marked to show which piece attached to which, and it also comes with a little screwdriver and double sided table already attached to the frame. On my windows 11 laptop, it was simply a case of switching it on and plugging the USB cable in and it worked straight away. I built an interactive smart table and uses a 5mm thick sheet of acrylic to cover the TV I used as the monitor and the touch accuracy was spot on. The instal manual came with a website link to a calibration tool which I did use, but the frame didn't really need it. Single taps, double tabs, swiping, pinch to zoom and mult touch points all work flawlessly. I never heard of this company or ever used an overlay frame like this so I was dubious about paying so much, but it really was well worth it. Highly recommend.
