You may need higher backed shoes
I had hip replacement so currently one leg is longer than the other. Which causes a limp. These help control the limping but it doesn't leave a lot of heel room in your shoe. Hightops or boots will probably be the best idea if your heel slips up when your walking. They're very comfortable.

Trimble and comfortable
Mostly needed these to help even out the gait of an uneven hip and they work well but the added length in shoes/ boots mane them tighter. Wide toe box shoes helped solve that and the price makes them worthwhile when they need to be replaced. Comfortable and breathable in my shoes and boots now and walking much better.

A comfortable boost
Sometimes I like to walk a bit taller without having to doll myself up in look at me! heels. These insoles are just the ticket. Easy to trim to size and fit into my work boots. Fairly comfortable to wear, though not for all day everyday, because of the pressure on my insteps. A nice, inconspicuous boost that takes me from 5’2” to feeling 5’5”.

Didn’t work for me
I realized after purchasing these that a 3/4” insert works better for me than a full insert. No fault of the product, just my preference.

Don't wasty your money
The insoles are very uncomfortable,too wide,smelling bad,don't have arch support. I don't recommend it.

Very good insoles with accurate cutting charts to tailor sizing. I slipped these into my sneakers and it just gives me a slight extra lift and support. I like that the insoles are relatively minimal with its features - no arches etc - which was what I was looking for. Just enough cushion without feeling I’m walking on sponges all day long.

Ich habe diese Einlegesohlen schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Ich brauche sie nur einseitig wegen einer Beinlängendifferenz. Sie tragen sich sehr angenehm, polstern gut ab und sind nicht so hart und unflexibel wie Kork-Einlegekeile. Man kann sie im Rahmen der angegebenen Größen passgenau kürzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Brauche zwar nur die rechte Einlage, aber die Einlage hat mich überzeugt und wurde auch schon für andere Schuhe nachbestellt. Richtig Super wäre es wenn die auch in Schwarz angeboten würden und einzeln rechts oder links.
