Bad Product !
I would not recommend this machine to any customer. Reasons why you ask? 1. Anycubic may have an impressive wiki, but their Tech support is 2/10 at best. 2. My first machine had a Z-axis motor failure within 30 days and Anycubic would not warranty. 3. Had to return through amazon and wait almost 60 days for refund. 4. After first 20 prints on second attempt machine(tried to be hopeful of one off event from first), the machine had to relearn "z-axis zero point" at least every other print. 5. After less then 50 prints LCD print screen failure. 6. Auto fill system consistently failed to operate during printing. 7. Resin bottle sensor failure if left in bottle to long. 8. We all know resin can be a little messy at times, but after only 1 minor drip or 2 on auto feed plastic it started to deform and break even after cleaning. 9. Top it all off, after replacing LCD screen and a handful of prints later now looking at possible mother board failure.

The Good, The Bad
Update: Adding back 2 stars because of a positive customer support experience. Update: Dropping to 1 star because the LCD died after 27 prints. After the LCD died, I contacted customer support through their web form. There wasn't a lot of back and forth after that, just an automated email saying that the report had been received followed by a personalized email from a rep saying they'd send me a new LCD if I filled out a shipping form. There was another email after that (again, from a human) saying they saw I'd filed the shipping info and that I'd see tracking information soon. Same day. I was worried that it would come from China or somewhere and take two months or whatever to arrive, but it arrived in I think 4 business days from NJ. So basically, no questions asked. Although this was a positive experience, I still don't think I should have had to do this, and the LCD replacement takes about an hour (their video is very good). I'll say that the prints it makes are quite good, I even print threaded parts that fit together well. But I still think the AnyCubic Photon Workshop is cumbersome to use and is lacking a lot of features, like printer monitoring, that you might've come to expect from other brands. Original: Don't believe the hype. This is good, but it could be a lot better. The slicing software is junk. It doesn't even have File -> Open or Quit, and suffers from poor translation. In addition, it unnecessarily requires working through the cloud. The "studio" app has almost no communication or control with the printer, you can send a job to it, but the only status you'll get is Busy, Waiting, or Complete. You can't do any basic functions that you can do from the device panel, such as fill or empty the resin tray, and you don't know if it's stalled. Everything on the unit itself was done as cheaply as possible, such as the lid that barely fits, the giant cutout in the back for the resin feed tubes, the resin tray with a pour spout that runs down the sides of the tray instead of out of it, an air cleaner that doesn't actually attach to the printer, a lack of a card reader, the USB port that won't detect any drive except unless it's in their super secret mystery format (and there's no format function). This thing has 0 ergonomics, resin dripping all over the place, did they even try it before putting it in a box and shipping it out to people? And this is just what I've noticed after 5 prints. Give me a week. Seriously, who is reviewing this thing?!

Has not lived up to the Hype so far.
I have a smaller Anycubic that i have had a great experience. With this one I have had so many problems first the prints fall off often. I have increased the exposure time and have done all of the recommended setting changes with limited success. I have already had to replace the film on the base because one of the fallen prints poked a hole in the film and the device did not pause or error out. The resin feeder already stopped working that was one of the key features that i was looking forward too. I have since contacted support and im hoping that the resin feeder is covered under the warranty since I have only had this for a few weeks. I have yet finish the first large print. I don't know how a feel about the heater being integrated with the base because that makes the purchase of a new base more costly and if lets say you accidently break the film on the base like it happened to me you can't just buy an extra one and have it handy and complete your project. Depending on my interaction with support I will update my post. The few prints that have finished look great.
