The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

Love this electrolyte powder! Great flavor with no after taste, it mixes very good in cold water and since using it, i’ve no other issues with getting heat exhaustion on hiking or scouting for hunting. Im on keto which it works well with and it is pretty much all I drink during the day except for coffee in the morning. It was cheaper than some other brands I tried first and actually tasted better in the flavors ilI preferred.

Most electrolyte powders I've tried do not taste good. Only reviewing the fruit punch flavor here. Will update for others as I try them. It dissolves effectively (either with a frother or just stirring with a utensil), and it's not a bad taste at all. It doesn't feel artificial, not too sweet, and doesn't have the vitamin/mineral taste some do. I also do feel that it is effective in terms of hydration and absorption. I'm a fan of other Nutricost products, and this one not only did not disappoint, but exceeded expectations.

HAS A GOOD TASTE AND REFREASHES ME EVERY DAY

This is a very inexpensive way to replenish electrolytes after a workout. I know it is probably not the very highest quality, I could pay more than double and get closer to that. But for the price, it is more than sufficient for my needs. I am not an athlete or anything, so I do not need expensive cutting edge researched formulas. It dissolves easily. I enjoy the taste. It has not sugar and is easy to fix.

Seems to do the trick. I am 73 and very easily get dehydrated with headache. I usually have a big glass of cold water with a good scoop of this to relieve ,and it does. I enjoy the flavor it refreshes and does not contain harmful sugar substitutes, it has Stevia which is a natural sweetener . I find it not to be expensive for the amount you get as well.

I have no way to test this or no way to know exactly what’s in it but I believe it’s a great product. Mix is easy and taste is good, I’m 66 and I work out somewhatregularly and well I’m using this product. I have not experienced any crazy cramps so I believe it’s working.

Tastes great, keeps me and my family hydrated, even helping certain ones who don't drink enough water otherwise. I'm not too picky about flavor, I don't mind the grape at all, but my buddy loathes it. The fruit punch is the star flavor. Blends well, but naturally the little bits stick around and get icky if you keep it in a bottle for too long without emptying and cleaning it out, just like any other sort of juice-thing. This doesn't even get into how nutricost is always so cost-efficient. I may LOVE the white peach from liquid IV, but I'm not splurging the bank with having this every day.

クランベリーのお味。アメリカのキャンディの味。初めは慣れない味に辛かったけど飲み続けてたら小梅ちゃんの味になり、まぁお値段的にもリピありかな。

味は甘酸っぱい感じで美味しいです！
