Very poor quality plus all items not delivered
Defective..plus they did not deliver 3 pads with it. Don’t buy this product at all

It's convenient
I am still getting used to this instead of regular mop. The floor definitely looks cleaner. It's easy to use. I hv used it for 6 months now...but the plastic connector to the metal rod has broken.

This item is so so..
Plastic is so so not so good... And 1 mop pad is already used they also pack it ..otherwise it's working ...but I m not happy with plastic material quality.

Package just rec'd now. It's not included extra mobs and scapper. Quality is very low. Not useful.. wanna return back parcel
