Definitely would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for holding Camera Rigs.
These are some the best monopods I have purchased. They hold both Camera 2 and Camera 3 rigs with no problem. They are easy to hold and maneuver. They are very flexible and functional for what I use them for. Not to mention the pricing is excellent for these. Definitely would recommend.

Only received one screw!
I am using this monopod with the 150-600 mm Sigma Sport lens, it's a beast. I need more than one screw to attach it to this monopod. There are two holes for screws, but only one screw. Also, none (of the 3) Allen wrenches fit the screw to tighten my lens onto the monopod, so it did loosen up after some use (trying it all out) after tightening it manually with my fingers. Overall, it feels sturdy and strong yet lightweight. It was easy to figure out and fit nicely in the bag it came in. I am concerned with the safety of my lens while it is attached to this and might have to return it if I don't find another screw to use with it.

Sturdy, great quality
Impressed by the quality, does have some weight to it so the tripod feet are nice

Love this works great for my camera for sports photography. A little heavy but a solid product.

It's Lightweight but Very Unstable
I bought this to use as a monopod and possibly have it sit so I could use a trigger when necessary. It seems to be pretty decent at a shorter height. I would NOT leave a camera sit on this unattended. It seems that it could easily fall over if not placed on level ground or if a gust of wind came along. It looks nice and it's easy to use. Just don't like how unstable it could be. I use larger lenses for wildlife photography but I will just say that when I put my large telephoto lens on this it was hard to get it to be still enough to grab a shot when raised to my height. I'm 5' 10" tall so it has to be raised for certain circumstances. I would imagine that using it for flower photography or insects it would work great. So, overall, not completely disappointed with it but not over the moon about it either.

Love it
A client got one of these for me and I liked it so much I bought a second. The tripod head alone is nearly worth. The Allen wrench holder built into the shoe is a nice touch. If you unscrew the bottom part the rest can screw into a tripod (where the head would go) giving you extra height in a crowd.
