3 switch iam purchase .1 switch not working

Have been installing from a long time. This particular brand switches I bought twice. First time I missed out the return window and second time i ordered it was damaged i retuned immediately. I tried other brands on the same point and worked fine. There are better options out there. I dont have confidence in this brand.
