I purchased this item in January along with their electric kettle, and both products are fantastic. The design makes this a beautiful addition to my kitchen, combining utility with decorative appeal. The frother in particular has great functionality, and I especially like being able to choose between getting a lot of foam or just a little. I've also tried the hot chocolate function, and my only note there is that it might not get the milk hot enough for people who want to melt marshmallows in their drink! The frother is quiet, quick, easy to clean, and versatile - great combo. And for absent-minded people like me, the auto shut-off feature is also very nice. Additionally, Hazel Quinn's customer service is at a whole other level, really top notch. I had an issue with the frother lid where it was put into the dishwasher by mistake and ended up warped. When I contacted customer service to inquire about ordering a replacement lid, I was treated very cordially and responses were prompt. When it turned out that they had no replacement lids in stock and might not for some time, they made good by sending me an entirely new frother. While I know that's not the usual thing to do, it really impressed me with their commitment to customer service and quality in general. I'll be sticking with this product line for the foreseeable future.

This milk frother is really pretty and I like the way it looks on my countertop. I read all of the reviews before I ordered it, and I hoped I would get one that worked well. It did work for the first couple of months. It made amazing froth and foam and heated the milk perfectly without burning. Now I can only use it on the foam setting. If I try to use the heavy froth setting, it will work for about a minute and then will start making a screeching sound and the whisk stops spinning. I have to unplug it quickly each time it does this. I have gone through the help menus for product support, but none of the solutions offered will fix this issue. My return window has closed (of course) and I don't see any way to get the support that I need. I don't recommend this frother. I don't think it is safe to use.

Update: Hazel Quinn Customer service was excellent! I explained the situation and they sent me a completely new frother! Their advice was not to put the lid in dishwasher. Original review (3 stars): I purchased this frother in January of this year. Overall, it performs very well when it comes to frothing — I really enjoy the quality of the froth it produces. However, I’m giving it 3 stars due to issues with the build quality. After just one cycle through the dishwasher, the lid warped and no longer fits the jug properly. I now have to use a lid from one of my coffee mugs to cover it while frothing, just to minimize excess air. The second issue is more serious: after about three months of use, the handle broke off from the jug while I was pouring milk, causing the entire jug to drop onto my kitchen counter. I tried to reattach it with super glue, but it only holds temporarily before falling off again. I reached out to customer service today and will update my review once I hear back. I’m hopeful the company will stand behind their product.

UPDATE: After posting the previous review, I received a refund offer from the Quinn Life store. They offered to refund the item or to replace it. Because I really liked this milk frother, I went with getting a replacement, which arrived speedily. I have to give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. ************** We purchased this product in September 2024, so we've had it for 4 months. The good-- Makes a plentiful amount of velvety pillowly hot foam, when it works The stainless steel pitcher is easy to clean It is cute I'd give it 5 stars but for: The bad-- The pitcher has a tendency to drip onto the heating element, including into unaccessible areas around the heating element and make a mess. After a few months, it stopped working altogether and simply flashes Error 1 over and over. Maybe this is related to the drip problem, I dunno. The solution on the manufacturer's website says to pull the plug and restart. I can tell you that unplugging doesn't work, except for one time when it was unplugged over night. But that time we were only able to make one serving before it went back to Error 1. My partner got this first serving and I went to Starbucks in a snit fit. We have never been able to select anything but the thickest foam option (the button on the 1st row, far left). We were okay with this because that's what we mostly prefer in the winter, but this would have been a problem in warmer months when iced drinks are desired. Because of the bad points, I can't give it more than 1 star. I guess it's back to stick blenders.

Product performs as detailed however, after only a few weeks of using the product, even when not in use the lights flicker as if to indicate a anomaly in the electrical of the product. It also has a very loud whirring sound that occurs towards the end of the frothing cycle for roughly 10 seconds which might be indicative of a struggling motor system. Heats the milk well, it's easy to clean and I particularly enjoy the ability to remove the heating apparatus and the liquid receptacle. Decent product with some strange "quirks"

This is such an amazing product! I love how the frother magnetizes to the base and how the whisk comes out. This is such an ingenious design and makes it so easy to clean!! I love the design and my friends are jealous so it’s perfect! I’m able to make enough cream for 4 coffees at once and the iced froth works really well. I have tried with almond milk creamer and coconut and both froth really well! Soy milk is good cold but if you heat it up to be hot froth or steamed it tastes plant like. No issue with almond or coconut milk though!

Less than a year and the machine has already stopped working. Has been great up to this point but would expect to have lasted longer. The company has a two year warranty and I can’t reach anyone located at m the US on how to submit a warranty claim.

This milk frother is awesome! I use it for cappuccinos and making perfect café au lait. The only downside is the temperature display is only in Celsius, but that’s a really minor point, as the setting options are presets.
