Good supplement for mental focus and energy without the caffeine crash.

These supplements seemed to make things worse. Wouldn't recommend.

I've been taking this for a few weeks and so far and do feel like I have had more focus. Could be a placebo effect, but I'm hopeful it's not.

We're very glad we got this wonderful healing herbal supplement. We need all the natural holistic support we can get now to help us reduce our stress and feel better and this herbal supplement is very helpful. It contains Ashwagandha and St. John's Wort, both of which are very healing herbs for stress and grief. It also contains Gingko Biloba, which is a wonderful nootropic herb that supports brain health, especially memory. We're very glad we're taking this herbal supplement. This synergistic herbal blend has everything we need to stay well and feel good, naturally. All the herbs have been growing in abundance for thousands of years in the USA and abroad. Ashwagandha is native to India. It takes two weeks for the St. John's Wort to take effect so we can experience the positive healing benefits. We're taking this wonderful herbal blend everyday and we look forward to enjoying the positive healing benefits. It has a pleasant mild flavor and the capsules are easy to swallow. We open the capsules to mix them in our favorite organic orange juice. It's an integral part of our daily holistic health regimen and it complements it very well.

I am very impressed with this supplement and all of the wonderful key brain nourishing ingredients it has. I was already taking B12 and D3 but when I saw the amounts in this supplement I decided I should stop those, although b12 is water soluble and your body will flush what it can’t use. As for D3 it’s not the same but 5000 IU is fine, if you are already taking D3 check with your doctor to see if you should stop taking it before starting this one. To much D3 can be toxic.You get 90 capsules but take 3 a day so this is a 30 day supply. They are easy to swallow, with no taste or aftertaste and so far I haven’t noticed any strange side effects.I have had brain fog and memory issues for a while due to an illness. Since taking these the last few weeks I can say I have noticed a difference and my mental clarity, it seems to be much better. I like that these are non-GMO and that they are made in the USA. I will definitely continue to take these for the full 30 days and if I notice anything strange I will come back and update this review. If you are having memory issues this supplement might help.

I've experimented with a lot of health supplements over the years, and I'm picky about what I put in my body. This nootropic by AJS Nutrition caught my eye due to its impressive ingredient list.I was pleased to see methylcobalamin, the natural form of vitamin B12, instead of the cheaper synthetic version, cyanocobalamin. This cost more to manufacture so you know you're getting a better product.The inclusion of Huperzine A, Bacopa monnieri, and Rhodiola rosea for potential cognitive support was also a bonus. There are nutrients for bone health and immunity, like Vitamin D3 and B vitamins, and heart-healthy Omega-3s.I've been taking this for a few days and I've noticed a subtle but positive shift in my focus and alertness. I've noticed a strange focus but yet also calming feeling, it's hard to describe.I definitely wouldn't take it in the evening, as it gives a bit of an energy boost. If you're on any prescription medications, a quick check with your doctor is always a good idea.Overall, I'm impressed with this nootropic! It packs in a wide range of quality ingredients that could offer various health benefits. I'll try to update my review if I notice anything change.

So I do like the ingredients that are in this supplement but I'm sure I would need to take it longer for hopeful benefits. But for anyone that are speaking the ingredients of this product and/or combination, this is your jam. :-)
