Works but the plastic cracked.
It works great to warm towels but after just 3 months there's a crack in the bottom I am guessing caused by the heat. Used 4 days a week 9-5 and always turned off at the end of the day. Hopefully it will continue to hold heat for a while longer.

I am very pleased.
After reading lots of reviews of others, I was nervous that the cabinet would have an odor- I am extremely sensitive to smells and would not be able to tolerate it at all. This cabinet works well and has no odor. My only complaint is that there is no temperature control--- if using it all day, the towels get extremely hot! Other than that, I am very pleased.

Worked for 4 months
We ordered this towel warmer in July and by November it was no longer working. We ordered 2 and the second one is already failing. The power button is just always on so you have to unplug it to shut it off. Overall very cheap product. Its better to spend a little more and get a longer lasting unit.

Very displeased
The first one I got the on button stuck the first time I pushed it... so I had the company replace it with another. The Second one 1hour into use shut off. So I turned it off and let it set for an hour with the door open to cool down. When I went to turn it back on the light came on for a second and shut off. Very upset not to offer a hot Towl now twice to my clients for two days after advertising I would. Very displeased with this product.

This warmer is roomy and heats towels up pretty quickly! Another great thing is that it doesn't heat up the room. I work in a small space and using a crock pot turned it into a sauna. This towel warmer allows me to offer the comfort of a hot towel without making the room uncomfortable or having to keep the warmer outside the room. Excellent product!

I own 2 massage therapy clinics and use towel cabinets for hot towel hydrotherapy on our clients. These towel cabinets heat wet towels quickly and after they have been in there for about an hour or more they are really hot so hot in fact you could not put the towel right on the persons skin, you have to wait a few seconds to cool it. We like it that way so they get hot quick and keep the inside sterile. The size is perfect for each room to have one to use. I have no complaints yet about his cabinet but have only been using it from brand new for 2 months. I have just bought my 4th one so hope they last.

A great towel cabinet for any esthetician or facialist.
This cabinet does a great job at heating and maintaining the temperature of towels. I'm a facialist, and this cabinet is economical, efficient, and looks modern in comparison to any of the competition - particularly in this price bracket. The cabinet can heat damp towels from cool water to steaming hot in approximately 20 minutes. If I'm in a rush, I will use steaming water, than place them in the cabinet. It maintains their steaming temperature easily, without needing to preheat.
