Freshly Fermented - Organic Bulgarian Yoghurt Starter

Received my order quickly and made my first batch of yogurt the next day. I was a little worried as I watched over my little pots in the yogurt maker, because it wasn’t setting. I thought maybe this was going to end up an expensive experiment. At 10 hours 1 pot was fairly set, 1 pot was getting there, and 4 were not at all. I let it go another almost 2 hours, and they were all set. I let them go another hour, for good measure and then put them in the fridge. I tasted them this morning…oh my goodness, very custard like, smooth and no tang. I haven’t even strained it yet. Definitely recommend. Just follow the directions on the website.

This product is garbage. I followed the instruction on their website. After 10 hours, the milk turned into a smelly liquid with awful taste. I just wasted 1000ml of milk. I would never buy from this seller again.

Delicious smooth & creamy yogurt. I have used commercial yogurt from the grocery store previously but it always ended up a little gritty. This is so much better. Hint: my yogurt was still pretty thin after 8 hours on the yogurt setting of my instant pot so I set it for another cycle of 8 hours and it was perfect.

Worked perfectly and the taste was great. Some of the thickest yogurt I have made and super creamy.

Disappointed in this culture. I make yogurt regularly using a spoonful of commercial yogurt as the starter and wanted to branch out, but this just made thin, sour milk.

Been making yogurts for a long time. This culture made a grainy yogurt. I have never had this happen with any cultures I have made before. Worried there my be additives to the culture. Was unable to contact seller to try to rectify the situation. Very disappointed 😞

Produces a thick not as tangy yogurt. Reminds me of a thick Chobani!

This product did not work for us. It produced a lot of bubbles and smelled and tasted like yeast.
