My cat actually LOVES this thing—right out of the box!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried a few scratching posts before, and honestly, my cat was always kind of meh about them. She’d sniff around, maybe scratch a little, then ignore them for days. This one was different. The second I set it down, she ran right over and started scratching it like it was her new job. 😄It’s not super tall like some of the others we’ve had, but honestly, I actually prefer that—it feels a lot sturdier. The post is thicker than average, which is great because my cat really goes to town scratching, and this thing doesn’t wobble at all. That alone is a win.But the real surprise? The little wooden spinner toy that’s attached at the base. Oh my gosh—she is obsessed. It spins around like a lazy Susan, and she keeps batting it like it’s some kind of prey. I didn’t even know she’d like that kind of thing, but it’s turned into her favorite game. It’s been days and she’s still not tired of it!Assembly was super simple—I think it took me maybe 5 minutes tops? All the parts felt solid and well made, and I didn’t need any extra tools. Also, it looks pretty cute in my living room. I know that doesn’t matter to her, but I’m picky about what I bring into my space, and this one fits right in.If you’ve got a cat who’s picky or just hard to please, like mine, I honestly think this scratcher is worth a shot. It’s compact but solid, interactive without being over-the-top, and the quality feels really good for the price. So yeah. My cat approves—and if you know cats, you know that’s no small thing. 😹

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THIS CAT TREE?
My cat LOVES this scratching post! So much better than her scratching up my furniture! Plus, it's tall enough for an adult cat to really stretch. Many scratching posts are only 18" tall, but this one is approximately 29 inches high. It's very easy to put together and comes with the extra Bruch attachment to wrap around the middle. Definitely worth the money. Ditch the shorter scratching posts and get this tree. The base is strong enough so the cat can't knock it over. Bonus: At first glance, it looks like you've bought a new floor plant! So the design adds to your home decor!

Pretty decent actually and cats like it
I have three cats - two of which are male. The males prefer this tree to the cat tree i have that's needing replaced as well, but the female prefers the tree. The boys love that they can stretch real tall (adult cats btw) and has toys that keep them coming back for more than a scratch and stretch. I've had this a little less than a week and think this is pretty good buy for the money. HOWEVER! I swear it's got dyes and i see the staples so... still not quite what i was looking for. But it works well and the cats love it so i am going to go ahead and keep it and say - it does the job and looks kinda cute. The leaves you spread out yourself, not too bad to put together. took about 10 mins... Just don't overtighten the ball playing area so the balls can actually flow a little. I noticed i did it a little tight and the balls needed pushed pretty hard by paws. does not tip when fat one uses it.TLDR; Works well, kids like it, got staples though so if you're looking for no staples, move on. Does not tip over.

He must have for a nice house
I must say I absolutely love this cat scratch. It is taller than expected and looks like an artificial tree. It does not clutter a room nor does it look cheap. This is the perfect addition to a room where you want to deter the cats from scratching something. Plenty of activities for cat/kittens. Perfect weight to move throughout the house yet strong enough to keep it stable. Highly recommend.

Kitties love it!
Safe to say my kittens love this scratch post! The tree is incredibly well built where we’re not worried about it falling on our kittens even if they climb to the top. It doesn’t take up too much space in our already cluttered room and honestly looks really nice. My disabled cat enjoys playing with the accessories at the base while my abled cat climbs like a maniac. Definitely a great cat toy considering the price!

!!! My 4 cats love it!!!! Saved My Chair and Made My Cat a Cloud Throne King!
The media could not be loaded. I just set this up today and my cat is already obsessed! The moment I opened the box, he was sniffing around, curious. Once I assembled this cat scratching post (which was super easy, by the way), he jumped right onto the cloud-shaped top bed and just claimed it like royalty. 😹This cat scratching post is extra thick and super sturdy—exactly what my cat needs for a proper stretch and scratch session. I placed it next to my desk to keep him from clawing my chair, and it worked instantly! The little trackball at the base is such a clever bonus. He plays with it between naps, so he stays entertained while I work. It’s absolutely adorable, well-made, and worth every penny. My cat is lounging like a king on his cloud throne while my desk chair stays safe. If your cat loves to scratch and be near you while you work, this is a must-have!

Tree scratcher - decorative and pretty well constructed and cat likes it!
My cat loves it. Installation is very straightforward. Only problem is the self-scratcher was very difficult to clasp once wrapped around the post. Have to pull and try to stretch it so that the clasp can be engaged. Be sure to place it high enough for your cat. I didn't and had to undo it and then go thru the difficult placement of the scratcher again.Be aware there are staples that are visible where the two parts of the pole connect.Otherwise, I find my cat, who doesn't play with much, enjoys stretching up high into the tree. He hasn't yet played with the built in toys. And hasn't used the self scratcher yet.
