High Strength Vitamin B Complex

I bought this B complex as it is cheaper than the one I usually buy, and twice the strength. Unlike the others I have tried, this one contains folate instead of folic acid, which is a lot better for the body and more easily absorbed. The B12 in here is also high quality and more natural. I normally get a bit of a dodgy tummy with supplements, but with this one I was fine.

Bought as I am going through the perimenopause and as a vegan needed the extra vitamin B boost. Low moods aren't so bad, although they are still there, just not as prominent. It's also taken the edge off the horrible fatigue I was getting. I'm not saying it's a cure for these symptoms, but it has helped. It is the best high multivitamin B complex I found at a decent price. Some people have commented about the smell, but it's not that bad and tbh I don't stand there sniffing the bottle! I take a tablet out in the morning and pop it in my mouth. Job done :D

I bought this vitamin B complex instead of others having read and studied the formulation. It contains all the B vitamins you need at a strong dose with a reduced risk of taking too much although you should watch out for any adverse reaction or interactions with other medication. You can get stronger supplements with a recommendation of taking two a day which causes me concern about taking an overdose. These are only one a day and the price for 180 days makes them six times cheaper than some others that I could mention. Plus you get the benefit of inositol, PABA and choline. Inositol sometimes referred to as vitamin B8 and Choline which is related to B vitamins have individual benefits but together they boost memory, motivation, and cognitive function. PABA is sometimes called vitamin Bx is not a true vitamin, it helps the body synthesise folic acid and pantothenic acid also known as vitamin B5.

Good Product

The formulation with methylated components and real folate (rather than folic acid) is excellent. The price seems fair, given the market. The tablets are easy to take, with water, and they have only a mild taste compared with many other vitamin B group products. Most importantly however, they work! I noticed benefits immediately with this product after another product had failed. My sleep improved and my energy returned. (Note that I take it with my evening meal, well away from daily 1000 iu vitamin D3, which I take with breakfast -- always keep D3 and folate separated).

I was borderline Pernicious Anaemic and rather than face regular Vitamin B12 injections I thought I would try to increase my consumption by taking a Vitamin B complex.I found the perfect formula in Nutri-Ark B complex. This was two years ago, I am much less fatigued and feel well with more energy and no longer borderline. No more fear of possible lifetime regular injections. I receive 6 months supply of long dated easy to swallow tablets. They are very reasonably priced and the price hasn't got higher.They are easily absorbed and proudly made in the UK.

Not as easy to swallow as other products I've used, but great value none the less.

About seven months ago I switched to a plant based diet that is practically vegan. It's been very good overall with some clear benefits, however one downside of this diet is the risk of B12 deficiency, which is potentially serious. B12 actually comes from the soil and due to modern farming techniques it is lacking. I was was mindful of this, so I started to take a B12 supplement right from the start that claimed supply 100% of the daily requirements and I was fine for months, then more recently I started getting cold legs and feet. At one point I woke up at 3.00am because they were uncomfortably cold despite wearing two thick pairs of walking socks. I am exercising at least an hour a day with a mixture of Zumba and other exercises, so none of this made much sense and when I looked it up everything pointed to a B12 deficiency. I ordered these and after about 10 days the coldness and other symptoms gradually diminished until I started to feel normal again. I cannot say for sure if this was related but from now on I'll be sticking with a high strength B12 supplement like this one.
