Must-have for a travel bag
These ear plugs have made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality, especially while traveling. I recently stayed in a hotel room that faced a busy street with constant traffic noise, which would normally make it very difficult for me to get a full night’s rest, especially before an important work event. I decided to try these ear plugs, and they performed better than I expected. They were easy to insert and created a secure, comfortable seal without causing pressure or discomfort, even after wearing them all night. The material feels soft and flexible, which made them much more comfortable than other ear plugs I’ve used in the past. It comes with different sizes of tips, so at least one is likely to fit the shape and size of your ear! In terms of noise reduction, they were very effective. They significantly minimized the sound of traffic and other background noise, allowing me to fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. While no ear plug blocks absolutely everything, these reduced the noise enough that it wasn’t disruptive at all. They’re also compact and easy to store, making them convenient to keep in a travel bag or bedside drawer. Overall, these are a reliable option for anyone who needs a quieter environment for sleep, whether at home or on the go.

Cute, Comfortable, and Amazing for Noise Sensitivity
I absolutely love the Loop Quiet 2 earplugs in purple! First of all, the color is so cute—the soft purple shade is adorable and looks way better than standard earplugs. They are amazing at noise canceling, especially for someone with autism who is super sensitive to loud or overwhelming noises. The seal is really good, which makes a huge difference in how much sound they block out and helps create a calm, quieter environment. They’re also very soft, so they’re comfortable to wear for long periods without irritation. I usually have trouble with earplugs because I have small ears, and most don’t stay in place. With Loop earplugs, that’s not a problem at all—they fit comfortably, stay secure, and don’t slip out. Overall, they’re cute, effective, soft, and truly comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone with noise sensitivity or small ears!

Ear Plugs For People Who Hate Ear Plugs
I hate ear plugs. I've tried all kinds from the cheap foam earplugs to expensive custom molded earplugs. I use earplugs to block out noise while I'm sleeping. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and I toss and turn all night long. The problem with every ear plug I've tried is I hate the pressure build up in my ears. When I turn on my side the pressure from my pillow against the ear plug is painful too. I've tried to cut the cheap expandable foam ear plugs in half to relieve pressure from inside my ear but nothing works. For me, wearing ear plugs are too painful, both inside of my ear and when laying on my side on my pillow. I have never been able to get through the night wearing ear plugs... until now. I was shocked. Though I am 6' tall, I have small ear canals. Every ear plug I've tried is way too big. On my first night of sleep, I tried the Loop Quiet 2 Ear Plugs with the size small tips. Though there is always a bit of pressure when things are stuffed in your ears, for the first time in my life, I was able to sleep comfortably wearing these ear plugs on the first night. Then I tried the extra small and medium size ear plugs to test whether or not the small size was the perfect fit for me. The extra small did not create a good enough seal and the pressure from the medium size tips was unbearable, as has been my experience with other ear plugs. Switching tips was easy and the ergonomics are excellent, very well designed and easy to insert and remove from my ears. I'm now getting used to wearing the Loop Quiet 2s every night. There's a bit pressure inside of my ears caused by these plugs and, when I lay on my side, my pillow pushes against these plugs too but it's bearable. I'm amazed. So why do I give the Loop Quiet 2 Ear Plugs four out of five stars? The "Quiet" part in the name isn't very "quiet." These ear plugs make ambient noise "quieter" but not quiet. I get a good seal with these ear plugs but I still hear everything, from the compressor of my air conditioner, to a car passing by on the road with closed windows, to my breathing. I highly doubt the 24db noise reduction claim. My guess is that there's more likely a 10 - 15db noise reduction. Still, the performance of these ear plugs are impressive enough to hush out enough noise to make them worth wearing. If there is a way for Loop to come out with Version 3.0 that's even quieter without causing any discomfort whatsoever, they'll have a home run. As of now, the Loop Quiet 2 Ear Plugs are highly recommended.

Great for people with loud noise sensitivity
Love these ear plugs. This is my second pair. I have one of the higher tiered pair I use for concerts and sports arena games. I got these when I thought I misplaced my other pair. These work great and almost as great at the top tier ones. I have small ear holes and these dont bother my ear drums like earbud headphones. They cancel loud decibels while still allowing me to hear conversations. I work on the phones so I use these ear plugs for loud noises like my mini vacuum, tried at a music concert and large arena basketball and college football game. They worked great, kept my ears from ringing after the loud events. I would say they might help people with sensitivity to sound due to autism as a way to avoid using the large bulky noise canceling headphones, to make it more descrete that your wearing ear plugs. No one knew I was wearing them at the games. They come with interchangeable earpieces which I was afraid of, but the smallest size is perfect for my small ear drum size. Normally the small sizes of normal earbuds makes my eardrum hurt withing an hour, I can wear these for 4+ hours at the games and tailgating woth ease and comfortability.

Honest review from a nursing student with wonky sleep schedules
I am a nursing student. My sleep schedule is not normal. I'm also not a deep sleeper. On top of that, I'm living in noisy college dorms. These earplugs are mediocre. They do what they claim, muffling the bare minimum noise. The disposable foam earplugs block more sound. I did expect this because the foam ones do block a higher number of decibels. However, they're really not as comfortable as I thought they would be. I did initially use plug sizes that were too large, which made my ears throb from pain the next morning. It felt a lot better after using smaller sizes. If you're a side sleeper, it doesn't matter if the plugs fit right; it can still hurt depending on how much pressure is on your ear. I have incredibly clean ears to the point that my doctors are always shocked at how I have genuinely zero visible wax. But this thing started REEKING of smell. I cleaned it with soap and water daily unless I forgot, yet this thing was STINKY. I figured out by chance that if I use dish soap, the smell instantly goes away, but it was disgusting. Clean your ears and plugs properly if you want to keep these things fresh. Oh, also, make sure you get these things deeper in your ears than you think. I've had them fall out of my ears in the middle of the night multiple times. They definitely hurt less and feel way more sustainable than the foam earplugs. They fall out way less than the foam ones. But honestly? Just wait until the holidays to purchase a better earplug. Maybe even a different, more comfortable model by Loop. I can see these being good for study sessions and travel, but I'd rather just put on my noise-cancelling headphones and listen to music.

Great noise cancellation & comfortable
I have worn earplugs for YEARS. My used the same foam brand forever. Recently purchased a container of (100), same brand I have always used, only to discover that they changed manufactures. They were HORRIBLE. I saw a review of the loop ear plugs so I thought I would give them a try. I love them! Very comfortable, easy to insert, stay in place and the noise cancellation is far superior to the foam ones I used previously. The little travel case that is includes is an added bonus!

Great for hockey games!
If the cheap foam plugs work well for you but you have issues with the fit, give these a try! In my opinion they’re slightly more dampening than the foam plugs, however that may just be because I can never get the foam to fit properly or comfortably in my ear. I purchased these in advance of an upcoming hockey game. I had been to one prior and tried to use my noise cancelling headphones + foam plugs and even with both, it wasn’t enough and I suffered the whole time + had a migraine for 72hrs afterwards. These loop plugs totally outshined them at this last game! They were comfortable almost the whole time (I had a small sore spot after about 2.5 hours, but I think I was using a tip that was too large) and I left with no tinnitus and more importantly NO MIGRAINE! I could still clearly hear the music, announcers, and converse with the friends next to me as well. Everything as a whole was just reduced to a much more manageable audio level. I think this would be awesome for festivals or concerts as well, but it may taint audio quality too much for some. I haven’t tried the other 2-3 loop earplug types geared for slightly less dampening, but I’m very eager to try them out now.

Enough to sleep
Snoring husband, side sleeper, small ears. These block enough sound and are comfortable enough to sleep. Do they block everything? No. Can I feel them? Absolutely. Just laying on my back on a pillow is slightly uncomfortable. Lying on my side is worse. Neither position is bad enough to keep me awake, and they don't make my ears so sore that I can't use them every night. For comparison, I have the first gen Anker sleep earbuds. These, I can not wear everynight due to ear pain and are intolerable for side sleeping. However, on very bad snoring nights, an Anker sleep bud in one ear and a loop earplug in the pillow adjacent ear are a life saver. For side sleeping comfort with the earplugs, I ended up switching my memory foam pillow out for a medium-firm goose down pillow.
