Thinking hair
There was a time when I thought I had too much hair, until recently when I mentioned my dilemma, whererin I was told that Biotin was the best way to regain hair growth. How right she was, and I too would highly recommend Biotin for hair growth.

Strengthens coarse frizzy hair and shedding!
I've been taking these for a few months but this time bought online at Amazon. I think they are helping the texture of my hair post the effects of medication that caused some frizziness. Certainly have helped and worth a try!

Great for nails and hair
Due to menopause, my hair has got thinner at the front. Biotin has helped it grow back. My nails grow fast too.

Cotton inside?
Can’t speak for the tablets themselves but I opened the bottle to find it was stuffed with cotton? The tablets were really stuck in there and I had to throw a good few of them out because they were too stuck or just had bits of cotton (I think it’s cotton) on them that I didn’t want to ingest. Very strange packaging made me feel weird about the legitness of the tablets themselves because I’ve never seen packaging like that before
