Great feeding tube backpack or traveling bag
I am absolutely in love with this bag. I use a feeding tube with MOOG Infinity pump. It fits the 1000ml bag and pump perfectly with no alterations. I am using the key keeper to hold the bag and the other side for the pump and battery I use for backup power. (I ordered an adapter off Etsy that uses a USB-A to USD-C cable) It would work as a hydration backpack if need too if you run the hose out between the 2 zippers. I know the feeding tube community is small but if you are looking for a backpack for a kiddo or you are an adult needing a light backpack for just a few things this backpack is amazing. It also has tamper resistant zippers so if you are looking for security while traveling this backpack will be amazing and will pack down small if you want to put it in a personal item bag at the airport. Absolutely would recommend this bag for anyone but especially for those with feeding tubes. Osprey has never disappointed me but this bag is perfect for my need. The only thing is I wish they would have added a hydration bladder hook.

The perfect "grab-and-go" bag – Comfortable and built to last
I picked up the Osprey Daylite Sling recently, and it has quickly become my go-to bag for daily errands and short trips. Here is my breakdown: Comfort: This is where the bag really shines. The strap is anatomically shaped and breathable, so it sits securely on my back without sliding around. I love that the strap is ambidextrous- you can clip it to the left or right side, which is a lifesaver for switching shoulders during long days. Quality: As expected from Osprey, the build quality is top-notch. The fabric feels durable and abrasion-resistant, and the zippers are smooth and sturdy. It feels like a product that will last for years, not just a few months. Utility: Don't let the small size fool you. It holds way more than it looks like it would. The main compartment easily fits a water bottle, a Kindle/book, and a light layer. The front pocket has a nice mesh organizer and key clip, which keeps my phone, wallet, and keys from getting lost at the bottom. Pros: Super lightweight and barely noticeable when wearing it. Ambidextrous strap is a great feature. Organization is simple but effective. Cons: None so far, though keep in mind it's for essentials only (don't expect to fit a laptop). Verdict: If you need to empty your pockets but don't want to lug around a full-sized backpack, this is the perfect solution. Highly recommended!

Perfect size and sturdy construction
I have been a fan of Osprey gear for several years. My wife and I each have Osprey daypacks, and I use an Osprey lumbar pack on shorter jaunts. The build quality is fantastic, the design is thoughtful, and they offer items that fit the size and application I am looking for. This Daylite Sling fits the bill almost perfectly. I wanted a lightweight and comfortable sling bag which offers ample room for the stuff I like to carry with me through the day. (I wanted to move much of my EDC gear from my pockets to a sling, particularly for summer weather and travel.) This bag has two main compartments, along with a smaller mesh compartment and divider inside the main section. There is a small zippered storage compartment on the strap which, honestly, doesn't do much for me...but I am sure others might find it useful. My one wish is that the internal divider in the main compartment included some small pockets for pens, pencils, etc. The sling I was replacing had that feature, and it was really nice for organization. I fixed the situation by ordering a Maxpedition 4x6 Platy to stow small items. Drop the Platy inside the main sling bag compartment and I'm good to go! I bought the sling on a Prime Day special, so that definitely sweetened the value for the money. I definitely recommend the Daylite Sling.

My go to travel bag
I am very satisfied with the Osprey Daylite Shoulder Sling Bag. I mainly use it for air travel, specifically to carry passports and other essential documents, and it has been perfect for that purpose. The size is ideal for keeping everything organized without feeling bulky. It sits comfortably across the body, feels secure, and is easy to access when going through airports or security. The build quality is excellent, as expected from Osprey, and the zippers and materials feel durable and well made. Using this bag has made traveling much more convenient and stress free, especially when needing quick access to important items like passports. It has become my go to travel bag and something I now bring on every trip. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a compact and reliable travel sling.

It’s a good sling
This rating is based of on day use. It has a perfect size for me. It gets 11 inch tablet. Keys, wallet, Notebook, Sun glass and sun screen in main zipper. Also, it fits a 17oz water bottle but you can’t put much stuff in main zipper. Small zipper is deep. I may use it for items I don’t need use them frequently. You can access to items in zippers specifically main one easy. Straps are easily to adjust. The zipper pocket on strap, you can use it for phone, or keys and earphones. The thing is it doesn’t have much organizer if you need store smaller items. Value for the money maybe those who used the sling for a longer time they can say better but for first impression, the quality and satisfaction of my purchase sounds promising.

Photos are wrong, read this!
This item is 5L capacity not 6L as shown in one of the listing photos. THAT'S GOOD. Also note the purple bag in the photos seems to be an older version (maybe it was 6L back then). It shows an open sleeve on the front strap rather than the zippered pocket that it has now. To me this is an improvement, as I don't want my phone falling out of the sleeve when I take off the pack, and 5L seems plenty big. For example it fits my 11" Samsung Galaxy tablet. Anything larger would be a backpack with one strap. I plan to use this for a Disney trip where they don't let backpacks on rides, but if I wear this in front or around the waist, I can bring it on most rides. I just need to store a few small essentials like a power bank, a rain poncho, glasses, and very likely a half-eaten lollipop once in a while. I was debating between this and the Jansport sling, and the North Face Borealis sling. Both are 6L and now that I see the size of the Osprey, I do NOT want a larger bag. The Jansport lacks waterproofing and a strap pocket, and to me it just doesn't look as nice as the Osprey. The Borealis was similar in features, but slightly more expensive, and looks a bit disheveled with the thin nylon fabric and webbing. It looks more suited for rock climbing than a theme park. The Osprey keeps it shape and has a very clean look about it. Often this smooth look is curated for listing photos, then when you get the bag you find it is actually very flimsy and constantly wrinkled. Not with the Osprey, it looks exactly as it does in the photos! I'm going to wear this pack for 15 days straight so I want it to look reasonably good. I don't see any defects in stitching or zippers, so I'm hoping this holds up for many years. It's reassuring that Osprey has a lifetime guarantee, quoting directly from their website: "Whatever the damage, we'll repair or replace it at no cost—whether your bag was produced in 1974 or yesterday." For me that alone justifies the premium over generic brands. At the least it shows they care about quality, and their reputation for quality. Osprey has always been known as a premium brand for all things outdoors, so I feel good about my choice and will wear this with some amount of pride.

Great bag- solves my bag problem
This bag solves 3 problems that other sling packs fall short 1- You can wear on either side of your shoulder and there isn’t a buckle or clip to make the swap. At first I thought this was a bad thing, but the design solves a problem most slings have where they break constantly. Instead it’s a basic stopper that pulls tight through a hole. 2- the zippers are not the cheaper tie ons. They are secure and easy to pull. 3- the strap has comfort where it’s needed and pads extend down farther them both 4- the front smaller access isn’t trying to be special or unique. It’s a basic easy to access section with no thrills. How it should be! 5- it has a clean and simple look with function inside and out. It’s not trying to be anything other than a bag! I have gone through about 10 other sling bags because none of them have any sort of long-term durability so we will see how this holds up. At first glance material appears to be solid enough to not get holes when tossed around
