Good Dash Cam
A good Dash Cam easy to install. Also the support from Origin Marketing incase of any issues is excellent. Have experienced the support first hand. Helpful & friendly Staff.

Waste of money
There is no technical support from DDPAI and no one from outside is ready to install the electrician. When we are spending 8 to 9 thousand rupees, then at least an engineer should come to install this device.

No customer support
I bought a DDPAI Mola N3 two years ago. For six months, the dashcam has not started. It randomly starts and stops. It looks to be a loose connection. I tried new cables, but they did not work.I am not able to reach customer service, and there are no email responses. I had reported issue through their website from chat, I get auto bot response and did not get any help

Review after two year
Product is good record well as well,1. Found a issues with connectivity with ios- after software update it fixed2. Found issues with mechanics as its 2 part dash-cam (base+camera attach to base) most of the time it disconnects once you go into pot hole- found a fix, you should zip tie both part so there won’t be any gap between them, struggled for more than 1 year for this issue thinking disconnect is due to my car battery or wire issue.

Bought 2 of these in family, both stopped working within 6 months. Not able to resolve issue and no easy support available.
