The instructions suggested allowing up to 48 hours for the pillow to fully fluff out after unpacking. To my pleasant surprise, it expanded completely in just about 12 hours, ready for use much sooner than expected. I love this pillow. For the price it has been so helpful in my postpartum season. It isn’t too bulky and stiff enough to keep its shape and provide support. It definitely helps to prop you up to sleep. It did smell a little weird when it came out of the package. Also the color is very pretty and material seems durable.

Lord this thing is lik a brick.. I needed a replacement for my other brand of pillow lik this that was huge and fluffy .. this thing is lik concrete, I beat it and fluffed it and punched it to help it expand and fluff up .. this thing will definitely keep u sitting straight up in bed but I use mine to sleep too and this is just to hard. I tried to giv it to my daughter but she said its lik sitting against a rock wall and I agree .. love the color but I ordered another brand and threw this one away .. its way to hard

This is a great pillow! It's jarring when you get it and it's packaged and compressed. We threw it in the dryer on a no heat cycle, and it's now incredible!

I bought this cushion, because I like the design and color, but mainly because I am able to remove some of the stuffing. I use it for back support when sitting in my recliner. Most of these reading pillows are very thick, which is great for using as a reading pillow, but too thick for back support. The cover washed well, and was very easy to put back on.

This is a comfortable pillow to use when you don’t have back support (e.g., leaning it against the wall, using it on your bed). The only downside is that the way the pillow is structured makes it “dome” the most in the mid back area so there isn’t sufficient support in the lower back, at least for me as someone else who’s petite (5’3).

Great reading pillow. The pillow is delivered in a small package, vacuum sealed. When you open the box, you will have to vigorously shake the pillow for 5 minutes (as per instructions). The instructions also mentions the pillow will take approximately 24-48 hours to fully expand. Personally, I don't think it took more than a few hours for the pillow to take shape. The fabric did not have any odors either which was nice. Definitely recommend.
