Upgrades your viewing experience completely! Always been a bit skeptical with LED strips as my past experience with them hasn't been great - mainly due to the sticky tape no longer sticking. However, Govee use 3M sticky tape which has incredible adhesion with no risk of sliding off from the back of the TV. I love the vivid colours and brightness of the LED strip and it's very responsive (almost immediately) to what is shown on the screen. The setup/installation was a little fiddly but just make sure you take your time with it. Must say, at the price of £89.99, I'm extremely impressed with it as the quality represents something which would be worth way more than the price I paid. All in all, I absolutely love this product! Brings gaming to a whole a new level

Setting the strip up was daunting but it was much better than I had expected. I bought the version for a 55 inch TV and it felt like there was a little more strip than I needed. Fortunately, I was able to readjust the strip by pulling it off the tv once or twice. One negative though is that the little bits of plastic used to hold the strip down at the corners have popped off a couple of times but this may be down to my installation. App setup is fairly straightforward but I did find the app a little annoying when trying to calibrate the camera so it was accurate. All of the dots were in the same part of the screen and dragging my finger across them didn’t help. However, after repeatedly tapping the screen it seemed to work! Mileage may vary on a non iPhone device! Once set up, the lights are fantastic! There’s a wide range of colour that add a nice bit of atmosphere when watching something in the tv. Colour accuracy isn’t perfect, but that’s to be expected when using a camera and not something that is plugged in via HDMI. The settings add a nice bit of versatility as you can decide to mirror the screen or add your own colour scheme. It’s also cool that you can change the brightness of a certain side/sides, useful if you really want to tailor the lights to the room. Finally, I really like using the Google Assistant connectivity to use a voice command to turn the lights on or off. Would definitely recommend using it if you can! Overall, the lights are great value for money. In the couple of months I’ve been using them, I’ve always noticed them being on and wondering why I didn’t take the plunge at this price sooner!

This lighting kit has been a major upgrade for my TV viewing experience and I would highly suggest investing in this as there isn’t anything like it. It’s great this kit works on all tv’s and most sizes and is very easy to install, the adhesive is strong and hasn’t failed yet, while my only complaint falls with the camera adhesive as that can be hard to line up and once you pull it off once it’s ruined so they should include a few replacements. The lighting quality is amazing and it looks sleek with only the camera standing out abit. You are able to control all of it through the app which connect over a 2.4ghz connection to your device and it has all the controls you need as well as in app support if you need any help so it has great connectivity. The colours are vibrant and you are able to tune them to your liking anyways and there isn’t much latency which you can notice so it’s all a pretty smooth viewing experience. It’s better if the background is a solid colour on your wall so that the colours can really bounce, and it should be close to the wall for the best experience.

Really impressed with the Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite with Fish-Eye Correction. The lighting effects and sync work brilliantly, and it adds a great atmosphere when watching films or gaming. The only issue we had was getting the strips to stick properly—our TV has quite a few ridges on the back (Samsung), which made adhesion a bit tricky. That’s not a fault of the product itself, just something to keep in mind depending on your TV design. Overall, a great bit of kit with excellent performance.

Fantastic TV lighting, a little tricky to install but take your time and make sure to wipe surface with cleaning alcohol before attaching pads, apart from that the set up is excellent, especially once you’ve got the lighting hue just right using the app (some great help on YouTube for this) as a added bonus, Govee lighting works with my Alexa voice commands, brilliant!

Average. It’s easy to setup and calibrate and the technology is intelligent when using the Govee app. But it’s not worth the money, it reacts slowly to colour transitions and most of the time the colours projected aren’t an accurate reproduction to the colours shown on the tv (deep reds are shown as orange) Adverts and videos suggest that the colours will mimic colours around edges of what’s show on the tv. Not the case, all it seems to do is project a majority colour of what’s being displayed.

This is an amazing product! I have a lot of govee products in my home as I rate the brand highly so purchased some TV lights and I have to say they take immersion to another level! They pair well with the ceiling light pro in dreamveiw mode and come with a variation of different modes, the app is easy to navigate and the whole set up took less than 20mins. The only thing I will say is when calibrating the camera do it in a well lit room as I found it better than what govee say about doing it in a darkend room. Overall 9/10

Does what is says on the tin, the camera does stick out. Calibration took some time and accuracy is ok but not brilliant.

J’hésitais depuis un moment à sauter le pas pour un système d'ambiance TV, et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix pour ce kit Govee. ​Le point qui m'inquiétait le plus était le montage, mais j'ai été très agréablement surpris : l'installation est d'une simplicité déconcertante. Tout est pensé pour vous faciliter la vie : ​La pose du ruban : Les bandes LED sont sectionnées pour correspondre parfaitement aux coins de la TV (plus besoin de plier le ruban au risque de l'abîmer). L’adhésif 3M tient vraiment bien, même sur le plastique texturé de mon écran. ​Le calibrage : Une fois la caméra posée sur le dessus (très stable), l’application Govee Home vous guide pas à pas. On place les petits carrés en mousse orange sur les coins de l'écran, on aligne les points sur l'appli, et c'est fini en moins de 10 minutes ! ​Plug & Play : La reconnaissance Wi-Fi et l'appairage se sont faits instantanément. ​Côté rendu, c’est une claque visuelle. Les couleurs sont vives, la réactivité est excellente et cela agrandit littéralement l'image sur le mur. Cela réduit aussi énormément la fatigue oculaire lors des sessions cinéma dans le noir.
