Got this for my dad because his tap water is awful and he's terrible with changing his Brita filter. He also is a hoarder so we were looking for something that didn't take up so much space under the sink. My husband said it was an easy install as long as you have an outlet under the sink and can drill a hole on the countertop for the RO faucet. Dad is happy that his water tastes good now, and we can see the huge difference in ppm with the water tester. He says even better than his Brita filter, so it's a win!

Bought this for $299 Sep 2024. The PPC filter is supposed to last a year, which it did. It now needs replacing and there are NO REPLACEMENT PPC filters. Furthermore the manufacture states they DO NOT know when/if there will ever be replacements. Now the price is $129, $170 less than what I paid, and filter availability for the yearly filter is zero. This is likely because they are probably trying to liquidate what is left and maybe switch to making another system that will conveniently run out of parts. The PPC filter is not supposed to be an expensive and now the entire thing is nothing more than a monumental waste that offered a fraction of the longevity it advertised. I would recommend foregoing these cheap chinese, fly by night companies. This product had been well reviewed and stock had previously been available. I would recommend going with a very ubiquitous brand that is available at the major hardware stores before trusting these companies, especially this one.

I've owned and have installed ROS water systems in my home for the past 20 years. Its has always been R/O units with a 4 gallon water supply from Home Depot, Amazon and eBay. After 8 years with my old system, I decided to upgrade to a new ROS unit. I had purchase the iSpring 5-stage ROS system and everything went OK until the faucet began to leak and drip. After 5 days of correspondence with iSpring customer service with no resolution, I decided to return the unit and get a full refund back. After 2 days of reading product reviews, I decided to purchase a tankless ROS for the same price as a tanked ROS. The installation with this Thereye Model ER-WP03 was the easiest ROS system I"ve installed thus far. The unit took less space under my sink, the unit had less tubing to connect and I had the unit working in about an hour. The installation instructions were very easy to follow, tubing marks were well identified, basically a simple step-by-step to follow. The unit was flushed in 8 minutes and the drinking water was 9ppm on my water tester. The unit has a motor pump so, I used one of the packing styrofoam to deaden the motor from under the sink. I will never use a tanked ROS again.

EDIT (08/26/25): I purchased this last year, and it has been great so far. But we just got notified it was time to replace the PPC filter, leading me to see that Thereye stopped selling the PPC replacement filter, leaving me at a loss for what to do. If they no longer make the replacement filters, they should refund for the filter itself as it’s useless without it. I saw this listed when it first came out with 2 reviews for 5 stars. Was hesitant because of the lack of feedback. Came back a month later and it had 35, 5/5 stars. Pulled the trigger. It is awesome, no issues and it is producing the cleanest water ive ever tasted. I didn't know water could even taste the way it does after being ran through this beast!

Easy to install

I bough this product last year the end of Sept., it is time to change the PPC filter, but I have a problem to twisted and pull out the filter for replacement. I have contact the Seller couple time via email , but I could not get proper service. According to Amazon, the seller and manufactory in China. I have called Amazon customer service couple times for help to contact the seller , and I am sill waiting for seller 's answer. My suggestion here, don't buy such type of the products from China because if you find something wrong , it is hard to contact or communicate with the seller to fix the defective products.

UPDATE: I was assured they will restock PPC filters by November. I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars, until I see there are PPC filters available for my 700 GPD system as promised. They sent me an entirely new 700GPD system as opposed to a PPC filter, which was generous. However, that doesn’t resolve the issue since I will need a new PPC filter every year. This is a proprietary system are no generic brand replacement PPC filters available on Amazon for it. :::: I bought this a year ago and now the PPC water replacement filters have been discontinued and can’t replace my dirty water filter! Is Thereye going make a replacement upgrade PPC Filter?! I want my money back

I did a lot of research on under the counter reverse osmosis water filter systems. I finally decided on this one. Even though it only has two filter but it gets the job done. Another thing, the filters are not expensive and last a long time. I love the LED indicator on the faucet. Some complained about the machine being too loud. Those people probably have a very good and sensitive hearing. The motor pumps the water so this is how it can dispenses water out quicker. My favorite part is, the water tastes great! I can’t say anything about the installation because my contractor who renovated my house installed it for me.
