Works Great, Good for Cramps
Great stuff. I sweat a lot during exercise and have suffered for a few years from cramps in a few very, very specific muscles when I exceed an hour of exercise. Plain old salt and many years of diet modifications have never really fixed the issue. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I started using this. It tastes fine, salty obviously but the sourness offsets it well enough. Haven't had any clumping issues like other people say. I usually slam one right before the gym, maybe another intra-session if its long. I picked this one specifically for its higher salt content, which was hard to find in other mixes.

“Like sipping a salty refresher—but maybe a bit too salty if you’re not prepared!”
If you’ve ever been a fan of those fizzy, salty “refreshers,” PureSport Ultra Electrolytes kind of nails that feeling—but without the carbonation. It’s basically drinking a sports-focused version of sherbet‑style sweets with a salty kick. I much prefer this to sweeter alternatives and it helps you to meter how much you drink and push you to drink little and often. Helps me to avoid cramping when playing tennis so it's a win for me. I'm also a big fan of the single dose sachets as you can cheuck a few in a golf or tennis bag and be good to go.

Hydration on the goo
Been puresport electrolyte user for a while now. Loved their watermelon salt flavor so ended up trying this one as well. Dissolves quickly, easy to carry around and hits the spot! Hard to imagine morning runs without them now because of energy & hydration levels. While this one’s good, watermelon wins it for me.

So refreshing!!
Puresport Electrolytes have been a game changer for my training. I feel more energised during workouts, can push harder, and recover faster with less fatigue. Use two a day at the moment! Citrus is my favourite flavour by a mile! So refreshing! Will be ordering more!

Damaged
The package came taped all over which seemed strange. After opening the box and the first pouch, I noticed it is not powder but rather one big lump. It is all stuck together and hard to get out of the pouch, it also barely dissolves becomes it comes out as one big sticky lump. Absolutely terrible. But you won’t be able to know before opening the box, therefore I can no longer return. All of them are the same, looks like the box has been damaged by water or kept in very humid conditions. Not usable.

Electrolytes powders
I have used electrolyte powders regularly, especially around training and long sessions, so I pay attention to both composition and taste. These Puresport sachets are clearly aimed at performance use. The high sodium content is noticeable and makes sense for heavy sweating or endurance work. It does help with hydration if you are actually losing a lot of fluids. The citrus salt flavour is quite strong and slightly artificial. It is drinkable, but not something I would choose casually. It feels more functional than enjoyable. The sugar-free aspect is a plus, though it does rely on sweeteners, which some people may not like. There is a slight aftertaste that comes with that. Overall, it works well if you need a high-sodium hydration option. Just do not expect it to taste like a regular soft drink.

Meh
I does what it says, but tastes like kitchen cleaner. Its generally too sweet and salty and I can only drink it if I make it up to the max 900mls.
