These bands are color-coded according to tension level (light, medium, heavy, very heavy). I think It's best to have at least three - light, medium and heavy since different muscle groups will require different levels of resistance.These bands are comfortable, easy to use bands. I purchased some bands last month in store. They gave me interchangeable handles, which means I had to take them off and on to use different bands. Some have handles that are larger than normal or made of hard plastic. These are minor issues, but they can make using your bands more difficult than it needs to be. Thus I decided to buy these bands with without handles.One key to using bands is having different ways to attach them. We have a sturdy pole in our house to wrap the band around for exercises like chest presses or seated rows, you may not need much more than bands. If you don't have that, you may want a door attachment (Buy at Amazon). You can also buy ankle cuffs, different handles, and other accessories.I studied about Resistance bands and I realized that they are usually made using varying types of rubber and latex, which aid to their elasticity. These resistance band, are made latex which do not snap which can cause seriously injure users. Additionally, be aware that some types of bands have a strong smell to them. These resistance bands are pretty decent quality!!I used to work at a physical therapy clinic, and we had a brand that came in rolls. Very easy to cut and to be honest, it didn't last very long.These bands are much thicker, and more resistant, making them last a lot longer.They are all color coded so you know which strength/resistance you're dealing with. Not to mention a little baggie to put them in.It came with a little exercise sample, showing you movements to do with the bands.My favorite exercise is to put them around my ankles (thighs if you're a beginner) and sideways squat walk in my hallway. It really has begun to tone my glutes (REALLY BURNS!!) Can't wait for my shape to really accentuate!!I recommend these bands!

These bands are really sturdy and nice I like them. I have been using this extra heavy band and it is the thickest one out of the bunch. It’s really good quality !! Now I can do the workouts with my leg to achieve the perfect body for summer lol. I really like using the light ones for some arm workouts they are light but they are durable. They also come with a bag which is nice. They were packaged great too and no smell whatsoever. I really enjoy them I hope I can use them for a long time until I achieve my goals :D

Don't waste your money on the beach body bands, these bands are the BEST! Thick material, and they DO NOT SLIP. Love this product!

Nice assortment of colorful resistance bands, clearly labeled. Yay! They are a nice thickness, not as flimsy as many sets I've used in the past so I'm hopeful they will last a while. There is a notable difference in resistance, among the different bands so you can easily select the correct band. I've been using them for several weeks now and although the medium has loosened up a little, not enough to be unusable for my purpose. So far I am pleased.

These are a solid buy. The bands vary in resistance from extra light to heavy. It comes with a little tote to store them in. I will be adding these into my workouts to make them a little more challenging. Overall this was a good purchase.

I bought these exercise bands to strengthen my ankle. They do an amazing job and they come in very pretty colors!

These are great, love the fun colors and the variety of resistance. They smell a bit like rubber, assuming that will wear off. My dog thinks the bag is one of his toys :)
