Great mouse, really conformable to use and even gets the attention of other office staff in pure admiration of the led colours it shows off. Wireless connectivity is handy as well as it doesn't even need to use the dongle that comes with it as well which frees up a USB slot in your laptop. The battery is also really good at lasts days before needing to be re-charged. Rellay good plug-and-play mouse

This is my best companion so far. Comfortable, quiet, precise, aesthetic, all I needed, battery life lasts forever.

This is a great mouse packed with features. It was fairly easy to set up. I've used it happily for about six months with the only complaint being that the way the USB socket is sunk into the molding means many cables wont fit, or easily fall out - but then it is wireless so not usually an issue. The problem with the mouse is that I now want to reconfigure the buttons. The software refuses to recognize the mouse (even though its clearly connected and working). I am an IT professional, so I know about checking drivers; trying different ports and cables; running the software as administrator etc - nothing works. So - basically, this is a nice mouse for word processing but you take a risk buying it for gaming. I raised this issue with Redragon support but they did not reply. EDIT: Redragon support replied eventually with a link to the correct software (M914 does not work - you have to find the one for M914P and that is not on the Dragonzone site) With the correct software all good, if you can find it!)

Works well, doesn’t have any click dampening so it is quite loud, feels nice and looks the same the photos. Little delay but unnoticeable.

This mouse is too much fun! The RGB lighting is awesome, and so is the fact that you can program all of the buttons to do whatever you want. I love that you can use it wired or wireless, and that you can use it with Bluetooth or the included wireless USB dongle. It has storage built in on the bottom for the USB adapter so that it does not get lost. I will say that it is not the most ergonomically designed mouse in the world. it's not very contoured, and there is no rubber on it, this mouse is all plastic. However, it's not uncomfortable, it's just that there are better choices if that is your primary concern. I love the ability to program the buttons with macros... right now, I have the fire key set up as the snipping tool, and the scroll wheel click set up as delete. One problem I had that I wasn't expecting is that it was extremely difficult to find the driver software on the Red Dragon website for this mouse. This model isn't listed on the regular page. I'll tell you how to solve that so that you do not have to endure the same headache I did. Go to your favorite search engine and type in "Red Dragon M914 driver". This will make it much easier, and this information should be more obvious both in the listing and in the literature that comes with the mouse (it is not). Other than that, this mouse is an absolute joy to use. It tracks will with basically zero latency. I am not a gamer, so I cannot comment on how it works for that... I mostly write, but I also do creative work in Canva, and that's the purpose for which I bought this mouse.
