The best of all. You get different flavors so you don’t get sick of the same thing. It doesn’t upset your stomach. I can’t say I have more energy but it quenches my thirst. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth every penny. It is sugar free and there is no aftertaste.

Liquid IV is great. The flavors taste better than any other similar product. I was told to use these by my doctor. I drink more water when I have a flavor in it and these are so good. The option of sugar free is fantastic and the flavors aren’t compromised. I really like how this product doesn’t have extra ingredients and I trust them. I really need the extra electrolytes and these deliver. Usually I empty a packet into my water and stir with a straw. The fastest method is pouring a packet into a water bottle and shaking it; that also gets the best mix possible. Overall I like Liquid IV and will keep buying them.

Awesome flavors. Works well to replace fluids but be careful trying to drink them everyday. 500 mg sodium. A little pricey as well.

I hadn’t wanted to try liquid IV because of the price but then after hearing such amazing reviews of it from my friends and family, I decided to try it. I must say that I am now a liquid IV fan. I purchased this variety pack so that I could try several of the flavors and I love them all especially the sherbet flavor. I like how it dissolves very quickly and it doesn’t taste chalky like the inexpensive brands I had been using. It doesn’t taste like salt instead it has a pure clean taste and texture. Not only that it blends perfectly into smoothies and other beverages. I’m definitely a liquid IV fan now!

I bought this thinking it was just fancy water dust. Now I’m convinced it’s some kind of NASA hydration potion. One packet and suddenly I’m out here feeling like I could run a marathon, clean my garage, and call my mother back—all in the same hour. The sugar-free part made me nervous at first (because “sugar-free” usually means “tastes like sadness”), but somehow it’s actually good. Like, suspiciously good. I don’t know what kind of wizardry went into this, but I’m not asking questions. Pros: Hydrated so fast I swear I heard my kidneys applaud. No sugar crash—just pure electrolyte enlightenment. Makes me feel like I’m taking care of myself, even when lunch was three Doritos and a prayer. Cons: Addictive. I now judge plain water for being lazy. My coworkers think I’ve joined a hydration cult. I might be 70% Liquid I.V. at this point. 10/10 would chug again.
