Product Description Deadfast Weedkiller will kill most living plant tissue on paths, drives and wasteland. It can be applied straight from the sachet to clear well established woody weeds and trees, or diluted down to eradicate large areas of weeds and plants. The active ingredient works through systemic action as it is carried thoughout the plant by sap. After absorption through foilage or cut stumps, the Ammonium Salt of Glyphosate is carried to the outer extremities of the plant's root system where it beings to work. It destroyed it all making it easier to clear up
I had a forest of bramble, weed, you name it, it looked like an African jungle.If you put couple of these packets into one of those big pump spray things with a little boiled salt water cooled down mixed with this and dilute it with regular water and spray once a day, everyday (especially on a hot day where the leaves can burn after spraying) , you will Destroy the garden enabling you to start over.Brown grass and brown weeds, brown bramble roots (especially if you cut a few down first before spraying).It made the clear up work a whole lot easier.

Killing weeds.
I have used this product before for killing brambles etc but only in its original powder format. It used to contain sodium chlorite. It now comes in liquid sachets with no sodium chlorate (now illegal to use) and I have yet to use it! I sincerely hope that it will be as effective as it once was!

Be patient
This is an excellent weed killer, but be patient, you'll not see any weeds dying the next day. Depending on weather conditions and how quickly the weed killer is 'ingested', after approximately two or three days the weeds will be seen to be wilting followed by the desired effects.

dont expect your weeds to be gone next day
a good weed killer that does a good job of killing the weeds at the roots easy to make up one sachet to 1 litre of water will take up to three weeks to fully work but you soon start seeing the difference due to regulations the days of really strong weedkiller that would work overnight are long gone i will use this again

Dangerous delivery
The description is utterly misleading. The 18 sachets do NOT all come in a bucket as suggested. 6 of them come unprotected sitting on top of the bucket wrapped only in flimsy black plastic. This is a highly DANGEROUS practice as at any point during the journey the sachets could be burst thereby spilling toxic weedkiller. This could affect not only the recipient opening the package but also the delivery people as well as whoever packed it. The bucket is provided by the manufacturer for a reason! I will be putting this on your page to warn others. I suggest you remove this item with immediate effect.

Maybe the Deasfast name is a bit optimistic, but never the less it works very well, I used it on some very established weeds nettles brambles and others and it did take around 2 weeks to take affect,killing everything ! so overall I would recommend the product it does the job.

Works well but very dependent on weather conditions
Have used this on several occasions.Results have been very variable, wet conditions do not achieve much success.Several days before effects noticeable.

It does what it said on the tin
I used a pump sprayer that gives a fine mist spray. I used it to clear a large amount of stinging nettles it did take about 14 days but it did kill the nettles.
