Incredible Value
The media could not be loaded. Nothing negative to say about this PC. It's fast in every way. Incredible amount of features that I don't see from other manufacturers such as WiFi 7, Oculink connection and dual 5G LAN ports. Also 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD for the price is fantastic. The LCD that shows the usage and temps for the CPU/GPU, RAM and SSD is a nice touch that I like a lot.The packaging was even a pleasant surprise with a high quality box and foam packaging that fits the mini PC so well it almost reminds me of Apple packaging.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I liked this computer out of the box but started having issues with it just a little over a month after buying it. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it, so I had to deal with the manufacturer's customer service. I assumed a one-year warranty meant if it broke within one year, they'd fix it or replace it. Instead, I got link after link of "troubleshooting" methods, some of which involved opening my PC, clearing the CMOS, and reformatting with a USB drive, all with virtually no guidance from customer service. I am not a technical person, I don't have the chops to do this sort of thing, nor do I think I should have to after buying a $1K computer. Needless to say, it still doesn't work properly and the issues haven't been resolved, so beware of buying from this company if warranties and customer service are important to you.

Displayport issue
Upon receiving unit, plugged it all up using same peripherals as my old PC (monitor, mouse, KB, cables, etc)(basically all known working things). Tried booting up. Got nothing on the monitor. Unit looked like it had power as it lit up. But monitor was not receiving signal. Checked connections. Hooked back up old PC. All still good. So I thought the unit was dead. Decided to try switching from a displayport to HDMI. Viola. Got a signal. Not sure if my displayport is just dead. I guess I'll mess with it more and find out...More to add... The HDMI cable that is included is very short. Might not be usable unless its right next to the monitor. It does no good for me... The mini touchscreen display on the unit was set at Chinese by default (at least I assume Chinese). Fumbled around a bit to find English. On that note, there is no instructions provided what-so-ever. There is a weather display. But it is set to Celsius for temperature. I have not figured out if it is possible to change... I saw it had bluetooth, which I thought would be interesting to play with. I tried connecting to a set of bluetooth speakers. The audio was terribly staticy/garbled. Again, I can test the speakers from another device and work fine. So I'm not sure about using it with the X7... On the plus side, it is incredibly fast.

Amazing power in this tiny PC!
I was skeptical of this PC, especially after reading some of the reviews here, but I pulled the trigger knowing I have a 30 day, free return period. So I had peace of mind, ordered and hoped for the best. All I can say is WOW! This thing is faster then you can possibly imagine. The fan is quiet. I don't see much use for the screen on the PC (I have a monitor, right?). I scanned for any virus or malware and it came up clean. If I tried to build a desktop with equivalent specs, it would cost me nearly $250 more and I'd have separate warranties from each component and it would take up more room, use more power and I would have to be my own tech support.Do yourself a favor and buy one and see for yourself which reviews here align with your actual experience! Some times a product gets damaged in shipping and if a customer gets anything damaged, simply return it back here to Amazon or exchange it for another one. Within 30 days, you should have no need to ever have to call for a repair. Just send it back! What really surprises me is how many units have sold, how few reviews there are, and how people are so much more likely to go out of their way to say something negative, but if the experience is good, they don't say anything at all.I hope to balance out and add to the reviews since I am guilty of not leaving this review earlier. I encourage you to actually try this PC. Return it for a full refund within 30 days for any reason at no cost and get a full refund. The veracity of the negativity sounds like folks are victims of a scam. Either they bought the computer somewhere else and came here to complain, or they intolerant to a full refund and free return shipping. It doesn't make any sense! The PC is well equipped and, for me, no upgrade of RAM or SSD or WiFi was needed. If I was that demanding, the only way I'd be happy is to build the entire thing myself. Nothing on the market compares in specs of performance, ram, storage at or even near this price! You buy it, you take it out of the box, and you enjoy it! Its ready to just plug and play, fully complete. If that's not enough for you, why did you buy it?This is the sixth Minisforum purchase for me. Been using their mini PCs for about 3 or 4 years now. So glad I found this brand (and yes, all 6 of the others still work like new to this day.) That's why I keep buying more! Adding RAM and adding storage to an aging PC is NOTHING compared to getting a brand new PC with more power, a smaller package, more power efficient, newer and better CPU, graphics and USB/Thunderbolt/WiFi/Bluetooth/OcuLink ports that did not exist last year and a fresh new warranty for peace of mind. Its an incredible value! Seriously, try one and then decide. Don't deny yourself a risk-free experience because of negativity online. Or you just won't know for sure if you're going to love it or hate it, and then you can add your review to help determine if there are more happy purchasers or more upset purchasers. RIght now, its too few to know either way. Keep in mind there are lots of videos online that do reviews of these mini PCs if you want more unbiased information to help you make a decision.
