WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE
AWFUL PRODUCT WHICH GETS HEATED AND BATTERY DRAINS WITHIN 30 MINS AFTER FULL CHARGE . NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER EVEN AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES. ALSO AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDED WRONG PHONE NO OF BRAND SUPPLIER. WISH THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND WOULD LODGE A COMPLIANT IN CONSUMER COURT ID ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.

The media could not be loaded. The laptop is almost looking like new the hinges are good there are very less signs of usage.The processor is the same as mentioned but in the it was mention with turbo boost it can go up to 3.4 but diagnostic tool tells only upto 2.2 ghz.Value for money

Seller after sale service is Good.
I am writing this after 15 days of use. As per the look, it looks very little used and looks new. In the starting battery backup was less(40 Min) but once I complained to the seller then they sent the new battery and I replaced it after that backup was good. I am very impressed with the seller's service. I will recommend it to others.
