It's a good product for scanning my car for codes, works good with my laptop

Works great! Connected to at least 1,000 cars without any issues.
Works perfectly, allows me to hook up to my BMW, also hooks up to Rivian R1’s. Those are the only two vehicles I’ve tried. The display on the front shows battery voltage which is nice, easy indicator if a charger needs to be applied to the 12v on the car.
