I love this product, im 40 years old and it was the first time using this Keto diet, and i have lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks ,but the most important benefit i received from it was the new life style i starting using this great product. I tested this product out. First test when in known ketosis. Product did not cause ketone change at all. Second test when out of ketosis (not even trace amounts shown in urine or blood, eating a moderate carb diet. Product did not change ketone amount at all (even when taken in a larger dose). Third test low carb diet, again no change in ketones. Fourth test after a 12 hour fast, no ketone change. Fifth test put keto 177 BHB at recommended dose in a small Dixie cup with 1 dropper full of water and used a proven urine strip in directly, no ketones present. Sixth test put 8 droppers of pure keto 177 BHB drops into Dixie cup and inserted test strip without any carrier fluid, again no ketones detected. My order was tested over the course of weeks by various people, in various stages, with various methods and no ketones or changes detected.

I have been taking for 2 and a half weeks. I have tried just about every system out there. I feel it is very easy to follow, I also implemented some keto shakes to help with the balance needed of fat, protein and carbs. I just received my order. First thing I noticed was the box was open and one of the bottles didn't have a plastic seal like the other one. For the price of it, I expected unopened supplements. Not sure if I want to use a dropper that might have been in somebody's mouth already.

Coupled with intermittent fasting these drops have helped me get into ketosis earlier in the day and for longer. I was skeptical at first but am really impressed with the boost it gives. Highly recommend this for my keto people!

I like that i am able to take first thing in the morning, easy to follow instructions on when to take it.
