First Time Caller by BK Borison
This book was absolutely adorable! I caught myself kicking my feet and giggling more times than I can count. Aiden and Lucie completely stole my heart, and the dynamics between Grayson, Mateo, Lucie, and Maya were just the sweetest—I adore this family! And can we talk about Jackson? I was smitten by him from the very first chapter. Now, about the spice… wow. I wasn’t expecting that! It was definitely a bit much for me since I’m not the biggest fan of smut, but it didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment. As someone who loves 90s and 00s rom-coms, this book was such a treat. I’m usually hesitant about hyped-up books, but I’m so glad I gave First Time Caller a chance.Rating: 4.75 stars

Lucie will stay with me for a long time!!
I could really resonated with Lu so much...just like the peeps of Baltimore did...felt soo damn real that it took me a while to finish this book cuz I had to take bits of break in between...no I'm not a mom if a preteen, I'm in my early 20s n a lot of things felt real...the romance n soft love was top notch...Aiden's talk with his dad got me to tears !! Loved the book!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Love despite its complications, is always worth the risk.💕📻🎙️
One believes love is magic and another one believes love is the source of pain. One is open-hearted, and another one has built a wall around himself. But love has a way of breaking down even the strongest walls.Slowly sparks fly between Lucie and the man behind the mic. But Aiden's thoughts on love come between them. Arden resists letting Lucie into his world because he thinks he is not good for her. He notices every small detail about Lucie. What she says and what she doesn't. What she does and what she doesn't. Lucie slowly makes a place in his heart, breaking through his wall.Lucie is a strong, loving mother. She has built a life for herself and her daughter. She has her friends. She may think she doesn't need love to be happy, but that phone call makes Lucie reconsider her idea of being happy. It's a book that reminds you that love, despite its complications, is always worth the risk.

This book deserves its own love song! 💌
This book was pure cozy rom-com gold! First Time Caller is the kind of story that wraps around you like a warm blanket—equal parts heartfelt, funny, and swoon-worthy. Inspired by Sleepless in Seattle with its own fresh, modern twist, B.K. Borison delivers a charming love story that’s impossible not to fall for. I absolutely lost it and made heart eyes when Lucie found out that Aiden keeps a list of his favorite things in his car's glove compartment.Aiden, the emotionally guarded radio host who's quietly lost his belief in love, and Lucie, the sunshiney single mom with a mischievous daughter and a full heart, make such a wonderful, opposites-attract pairing. Their chemistry builds so naturally, with plenty of banter, vulnerability, and those quiet moments that make you feel everything. The viral radio moment that brings them together is such a clever setup—and watching their relationship grow behind the scenes was an absolute joy. I laughed, I smiled a lot, and I may have gotten a little misty-eyed, too.If you love a bit of chaos, swoon worthy romance and characters with real emotional depth, First Time Caller is the perfect comfort read. I adored it! This book deserves it own love song, I swear!
