Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Neat unit that paired with my Iphone 5 really quickly. Great to be almost hands-free and the sound quality is pretty good. The volume button works well, and although the unit isn't superfast, the voice dialling is accurate and works well. Can't comment on the sending text/email function as I haven't and probably wont use this facility. The price on Amazon was the best I could find and, hopefully, the unit will stand the test of time. One point I would make is that the instructions that came with it could have been a bit more comprehensive, but it's pretty straightforward and there's lots of video help on Youtube as well as a better manual that you can download from Supertooth,net. I am delighted with this unit, does what it says on the tin and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with it.

Very good and pairing extremely easy, they never fail to connect when in range. I have a Samsung S5 phone and work without problems but for some reason when connecting to the “Car Mode” app it says “Not supported by phone” but they work without any problems, my phone was recently upgraded to Android v5 so not sure if it’s that. They say it’s possible to upgrade the firmware but not able to find how to do that and from searching no one else does either, appears to be a mystery.The sound is good and very clear, it would have been nice if they were able to connect to you’re in car system via FM Transmission or AUX but it doesn’t have either so that’s a shame.

What a great bit of kit.I was a bit unsure about this when I bought it, however, being as I don't have the phone bluetooth feature on my car radio/display unit, I thought I would give it a try.I was pleasantly surprised. I have set it up for 2 phones, and even though my Wife is a "Technophobe", we both use it with a lot of success.I have set my Android phone to Auto answer when connected to bluetooth and for my GPS on my phone to feed audio to it and it all works perfectly, and the audio level is more than enough, even at high speed on the motorway. It also is sensitive enough to pick up back seat passengers talking if they raise their voice a little.I think this must be, if not The BEST, then amongst The Best, units on the market.If you need "Hands Free", and you will if you drive. Then BUY THIS ONE. You will NOT be dissappointed.

Be very careful when purchasing this device. The description of the features supported is not correct.There are actually two different SuperTooth HD models - "HD" and "HD VOICE".The HD VOICE model does NOT support voice commands - the HD model does.The naming seems to be counter intuitive??

Not impressed, seem to lose connetion with my iPhone 6, plus the caller can't hear me very well even with the mic close to me

Great little unit I've been using the supertooth buddy for a few years and liked it decided to up grade and pleased I did ,the hd is so much better when I call it can use voice commands and they don't realise I'm on hands free . Looks nice well made works great highly recommendUpdateUsed the hd on a very very noisy motorway m180 probably the worst road around for noise was doing 70mph and the wife could hear me clearly she could hear a bottle of background noise but not too bad and then I lowered the window she could still hear me and I was talking normally of course she could hear more background noise but she could still hear me fantastic bit of kit

Product was fine for 6 months then all of a sudden after charging and waiting for the light to go green to say it's fully charged after 10 mins of use it kept saying battery was very low please recharge, so have had a replacement sent out by Amazon, not good if the battery only lasts 6 months.Update the replacement after a couple of weeks has already started acting up, says fully charged, green light, 1 day later battery very low please recharge! I've had enough and getting something else, the first was fine for 6 months, the battery lasted 4 days but this is useless!

The best 'Handsfree' I have ever purchased, so easy to set up, once you have picked you language the rest is all automatic and the sound is very clear as if they are just next door.I would have no hesitation in buying another one if this ever packs up.

I am extremely happy with this unit. The speaker is loud and clear and the battery life is great. Would recommend this over other brands like Motorola.Had it for about 3 months and still working great. I take about 2 calls a week and the battery is still on it's first charge. Worth the money
