I love this bar - I've used an EZ bar for many years but wanted one for my home gym. The main exercise I use them for is curl - the straight bar puts too much strain on my wrists so using the EZ bar alleviates that problem. The bar itself is of high quality and the 2 inch sleeves are perfect for olympic size weights. The bar weighs 10kg (with spring collars), based on the scales I used to weigh them. The knurl of the bar is prominent ensuring a non-slip grip, although they certainly keep your calluses fresh! Close grip and wide grip are comfortable when using the bar and you can feel the tension on the biceps during curls. I also use this bar for upright rows to minimise the strain on the wrists and can say with confidence that it has improved my technique and should strength. Highly recommend this bar!

I stopped going to the local gym ever since COVID started so I've been buying more and more home gym equipment....Comfortable, beautiful, in two colors: black - "E-coat" shaft, good grip and resistant to corrosion, and gold collours - gold titanium sleevesThis curl bar is great because it's only 1.2m long so it's much easier to work with than barbell and I love using curl bar more than using 2 dumbbells as curl bar allows more natural bicep movements, not to mention you can work on your both biceps at the same time. I love the keep knurling for the non-slip grips and roller bearings allow spinning the bar easily without re-gripping. High quality curl bar for a great price. Please note that this is Olympic size so it works with weight plates with 2" opening. Highly recommend it for anyone that wants to work on their good for upper body building and work on their biceps !

Only time will tell but all ok, apparently if you purchase both the bar and springs you get a discount. Couldn’t figure out how to do so when paying so missed out. ( could be me )

Well made, not too big which makes it easy to store and is a must for home gyms. Great value for money, easy on the hands and one can even do overhead presses with it comfortably. This is not a paid review but I would really recommend buying it and making that change in your life.

1) very well packaged, including protections at the end of the bar within the "tube"2) includes a page of instructions for maintenance/cleaning3) generally stunning bar on all aspects (no paint issue, no scratch etc...)4) Smooth rotation of the sleevesI am delighted especially with the black Friday discount.Note that the sleeves are not smooth like on the pictures, they are slightly grooved (not a problem). I will attach a picture once I am allowed to use it freely after my birthday (today was just checking it was all good).Will definitely buy again from PhysKcal.PS: bought the "same" bar from another supplier (starts with S) and immediately returned it: angles of the curl area were too flat, the rotation of the sleeve was poor and it was making a clunky sound.got refunded but they seemed surprised of the return despite showing on a video the issue (comparing to 4 other bars which are perfect). So conclusion...don't buy at too low a price.

Seems like a solid bar but mine was chipped at the centre despite being packaged well. A bit of a shame.
