This pillow is awesome! I watch TV in bed every night and as such I've been developing back pain. I bought this pillow thinking that it would provide support while we relax and it does.This is so much more comfortable than I expected! It does take some getting used to, though. I've been most comfortable on my side with a pillow behind my back.I admit this was not bought for any medical reason., I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so glad i did. It does what we bought it to do. I do wish it was about 1in foldable, but now I have to as I’m in love with this pillow. I also use it when lounging in bed reading. Its an multi utility item for sure, must for every home , your mother , father would love it even more.I was skeptical of the pillow at first but this product has literally saved me money. This is exactly what I was hoping for worth every penny.I have been having problems with my back and hips and hurting at night. My physio therapist said that usually happens when your glutes and hip muscles weaken with age. It got so bad it was painful to walk up stairs. I would wake up several times with pain during the night and switch positions. I am not overweight butIf you have any problems with lower back pain, than go slow , it takes a while to get used to.. you might notice the pain come back a little bit yet not so it's easy to adjust to, doubly happy with this product. would not hesitate informing anyone suffering from chronic lower back pain this is the most helpful device to support and help keeps my shoulders in the recommended down-and-back position.The foam is soft yet supportive and the cover stays cool & fresh feeling. There is no "one fix" when you're having health issues of any kind and at any age, this would be 100% helpful and relaxing.

The pillow gives very good posture support. Solves the purpose to an extent but the quality of the cushion is so low that's so soft which should have been on the harder as the need is back support. Overall quality doesn't match the price.

The pillow came vacum packed and decompressed immediately when the plastic was removed. I ordered this pillow after having surgery and was unable to sleep on my side. My regular pillows weren't cutting. I settled on this as it seemed the right size and was nicely priced. The cover is very soft and comfortable to lay on. The ability to change the "layout" of the pillow is an added bonus. I didn't think I would care about the convenient carrying handle, but I have used it everytime I've moved the pilow around. I do recommend this pillow and I am happy I purchased it.

It's a cheap quality material. Better to use two pillows rather than buying this item. I am not sure how they have this 4 star rating. The head rest is the worse. Dear Amazon team please check the items, before delivering to customers.

The pillow arrives tightly compressed but it unfolded with no problems by Amazon. It is very comfortable for me not too soft not hard – just the right softness with support.Was confused about size but after this is perfect size as I’m not used to have too big or very high pillows even in general for sleeping. This size also perfect for me — my arms rest comfortably on the pillow all night and never fall off. When ordering, we considered the pillow dimensions because we knew feeling stiff if your arms fall off the wedge during the night, you can wake with stiffness or feeling uncomfortable. It took some time to get used to it.The first few nights I tried were not great. I felt like on was on display or something. It's becoming progressively easier and the results are as expected. but more I use it for reading , working on computer and watching TV. I flip it around and it makes a much better back rest than some stacked up bed pillows, can put my legs up on it. I’ve used on it a few nights, but from what I’m feeling right now, this is going to change everything!The pillows come with a removable, zipper bamboo cover, The cover is soft, feels so cool. but it is quite tight-fitting when trying to fit the pillow back into the cover.Highly recommend the Grin Health wedge pillow. It has been a life saver for me. I really wish I had purchased one of these years ago. Overall, I got great use out of this pillow. I recommend it if you - for whatever reason - need or want to lay in a more upright position.
