product works fine...I have purchased the Torque Pro app from Android Play Store because the one provided with the product is an old version app and it doesn't update to the newer version....I'm using it for my Maruti Suzuki S-Cross to clear the fault code EGR which is due to faulty sensor (known issue in old scross) and it turns on the MIL light and as a result the cruise control function doesn't work. I took my vehicle several times to the Maruti service center and they used to simply clear the faulty code and charge me for it. One time they even changed the sensor but told me that it may come again due to low quality of fuel in india. So I purchased this product and it is serving my purpose.....

The product NEVER worked. The seller (Robo Store India) shipped me a non-working defective piece of junk for Rs.599. I was never able to connect my phone to this device through Bluetooth. Everytime there was an error message. To ensure that my car's OBD port was ok, I borrowed another OBD2 device from my friend and that worked like breeze. Furthermore, the seller gave a QR code from where I was supposed to get a "full version" of Torque app. That QR code link didn't work as well. One star is the minimum rating in Amazon otherwise I would have rated this with zero. Why I didn't return - I was out of station when this got delivered and when I opened the pack the return window was closed. Conclusion - Most likely this seller is trying to get rid of their defective product inventory through Amazon. Avoid buying from "Robo Store India".

Very good device for getting info from your car. But it doesn't have any on/off switch. I have hyundai eon era+ 2013 model, and during my recent trip from Noida to Kanpur i got an average of 21.2km/l, (company claims 21.1), this device helped me to drive economically to get maximum mileage. I used this app with torque and caroo pro app. I personally liked caroo pro app more. Also i didn't get any cd with it, only thing i got with it was a qr code on a paper from which i downloaded the torque pro app.

I have been using it since past few months and it does an okay job. After a while you become lazy of starting the app and checking stats. However is is good foe checking average mileage of my i20. Edit: After 1 year usage- Stopped working now. But still for this price gave 1 year backup. Cant complain much.

Very good product and perfect accuracy. The onboard RPM and speedometer is jat a 0.7 second late but is pritty accurate to 100% . Well I would strongly recommend a extension chord which will give a huge plus life for the adaptor's pins. It also works on SUVs like creta brezza and xuv although the company has said it doesnt work on SUVs . Overall its a good product no faults or fraud very genuine. U will also get the torque app that costs RS250 at playstore for free with this adaptor.

This is cheap device and spoilt my Ecosport Transmission Control Module within few months and reverse gear used to be disabled after this and we had to get it changed from Ford for between ₹20000, this device should not be plugged in the car for 24*7 hours as it gives 14V to modules/computers of the car that’s why they get spoilt.
