Excellent Value for Money
I researched for days before deciding to try this unit. I wanted a solution for my 2004 Honda CR-V, which has no bluetooth and no input for an aux cable. All it had was an original radio with tape deck and CD player, which I did not find very useful. I rely on my phone for music in the car, and I love to have Google Maps on my screen in my car. Anyway, I tried this product and I was amazed at wht good value for money it is. It worked very easily. The screen is bright, crisp and easy to see even in bright sunlight (Arizona). It connected instantly with my phone, and connects within about 20 seconds, via Bluetooth, every time I start my car. This is in contrast with my 2021 Nissan, which requires the USB cable to be plugged in before it will connect, even though it is supposed to be Bluetooth. So my radio setup in my 2004 car is now better than in my 2021 car, for an outlay of $69. I use it with Android Auto, which works perfectly and gives me all the functions I am used to. Because I could not link it to the car's speakers via Bluetooth, I connected it with the radio link. It was SO easy to do, and works perfectly every time. Occasionally there is some static on the radio link, but I can live with that. Luckily, there was a shelf in the front of my car that was the perfect size for the display unit, so I did not even have to mount it on the dash. I like this because it is pretty much invisible when the car is parked. All in all, I totally recommend this product.

Delivers for What It Offers
I picked up this display for my wife's 2007 Honda Accord, which originally had no display, no navigation, and no multimedia (hard to accept in 2024)! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but it's safe to say that it completely transformed her car now! Installation took some effort, especially running the wiring and hiding the cables under the plastic covers across the old car. Now was all that trouble worth it? Hell yeah! I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it connected to our phone. Android Auto worked like a charm right out of the box. The screen is just okay brightness for brighter days but it is adequate for us. Now I had to buy a different AC vent mount for the screen because sticking it to the dashboard just wasn’t going to work with the way our cars sit outside in Illinois weather (hot summers and cold winters). If you plan ahead and know what you're doing—or at least watch a few YouTube videos—installation is pretty straightforward. It took me a couple of hours, but that’s mostly because I wanted to be thorough. So what are the caveats? For one, the touchscreen is a little slower than a smartphone. Nothing crazy, but you might notice it. Other than that the built-in speakers are...just meh and are not going to blow you away (but we don't really care). All in all, we couldn’t be happier with this little gadget. It makes driving way more convenient for our roaddrips. Assuming it holds up (and it feels like it will), it’s absolutely worth the price and effort.

Works Great with Minor Rub
Android Auto is superior to any of the built-in navigation systems I have encountered so far. This particular unit has just one issue that is aggravating. The day/night "Auto" does not work. If I am driving from day into night, I have to stop and switch the display for night driving otherwise it is far too bright. Other than that which is most of the time, it works great.

Must have nav upgrade!
Neither my 2020 Rav4 nor 2013 Mazda 3i had any navigational equipment. I found the LAMTTO device and installed it first in my Mazda thinking if it worked, I'd add it to my Rav4. WOW! Did it work. The Rav4 was next! Installation: 1. Do not permanently mount it until you find the best spot for you to see it while driving. 2. I already had backup cameras, so I did not have the need to connect it to those. 3. Power. In both cars I used a cigarette lighter socket that turns off when the car is off. Otherwise, you have a hot screen all the time. 4. The system works through my iPhone (and any other cellphone). 5. It comes with wire clips to keep the wires stowed and not flopping around. Use: Once installed and synched with my iPhone, it is automatic. Typically, I program a destination in my iPhone and hit "Go". Then I start an iPhone playlist. Next I start the car. Within about 30 seconds, everything is synched. My route is mapped out and my music playing on the car radio. Even when I know my route, I do this BECAUSE my iPhone Maps will notify me of known. speed traps. These will be highlighted on the map display and I announced verbally. The audio directions and speed trap warnings come through the unit, not my stereo system. So if you have the stereo up real loud, they will be hard to hear. In addition, I can control the songs playing from my iPhone to the car stereo by touching the display screen! Yikes! The two photos show mount in 2020 Rav4 and 2013 Mazda. Sum: Easy to install and synch. Clear display night and day. Don't leave home without it!

Perfect for a 2014 Honda Civic!
For anyone reading: I own a 2014 Honda Civic EX. This device was a blessing! As someone who has wanted CarPlay since I got my car, this was the perfect cheap solution. The sticky tape that it comes with is more than good enough, just make sure that you do the proper surface prep with isopropyl alcohol. It has worked flawlessly so far with no functionality issues. You can also change the boot screen, but that is a little difficult to do. It took be about a day to figure out how to do it right. It turns on fast, connects instantly, and the best part is I can still plug my iPhone 15 into my car’s stereo system for iPod functionality and good audio quality! It also has an auto dimming feature for at night where it will dim at a certain time. The frame rate is a little slow and it is wireless CarPlay only. It doesn’t bother me much tho because it’s not like I’m playing games on it or anything. Overall, I would purchase again. I don’t regret this at all!
