Fan regulator build in or i have to use default fan regulator???

It has in build fan regulator ,No need to use external fan regulator.

Is there any problem to on it 24*7*365, as it is connected to the main line....?

Been using this product for 3 months now. No issues. As an additional safety measure I’d advise you have the input line connected via a switch so that you can turn it off in case you are out of town for a couple of days .

If I keep the device inside switch board, will there be any issue like heating / burning?

Not at all. This works well inside the switchboard.
