It does the job and my son loves it

This is a nice toy saxophone. It produces reasonable tones, and it looks pretty realistic. I knocked off one starr, because you have to blow pretty hard to reach the higher tones.

Jouet sympa pour le prix. Effectivement ça fait plus armonica en son mais l essentiel et que ça amuse. C'est chose faite pour notre enfant. Ravi de son cadeau. On verra pour une vrai trompette plus tard!!

Die Trompete ist natürlich keine Trompete. Ich denke, in dem Rohr sind 4 Zungenpfeifen - ähnlich wie in einer Mundharmonika, einem Akkordeon oder einem Harmonium. Man kann auch nur 4 Töne damit spielen, aber die 4 Töne klingen nicht schlecht. In Kamerun, da wo ich öfters war, besteht die MUsik auch nur aus 4 Tönen und hat mir von Anfang an gefallen und gefällt mir heute noch. Wem 4 Töne reichen, für den ist das Instruemnt genau das richtige. Und hübsch aussehen tut's auch.

Based on picture and description, thought this was an actual kids saxophone. Also packed with no protection so box is damaged, can't use as a gift.
