Because it's made from raw methi I wonder to what extent this may be useful for making pickles as normally fried( brown colour & emits it's natural fragrance)methi powder is used for such purposes.But this is excellent as medicine for diabetic patients. As some one pointed out method of gulping this powder is tricky. Every one has to find out his/ her convenient way but it serves it's purpose excellently as natural medicine for type 2 diabetics who are in their initial stage.
