This is the most complete bone supplement I've seen to date. It has a descent amount of calcium (tho I think it should be a little bit more) and other complementary minerals like magnesium and potassium. But the thing that makes it effective for me its the 200 mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK7) that helps to get the calcium where it needs to go. It's two unflavored pills per day with food, easy to swallow. The price is great for the quantity and quality.

Love wrapped up in a bottle. Revitalizing within 30 minutes or less
Am still amazed at how powerful these tablets are. I ruined my knee while driving Uber for long hours each day. Now I work at Amazon warehouse and it’s a 9 hour shift. Within 30 minutes of taking these. The pain in my knee disappears. It’s so bad that I would have to quit immediately from the discomfort and fear of immobility. I just bought them because of the price. I also love that they are tablets. Medium size but if they work that’s alright by me .the tablets look like they ingredients are made with love. I was shocked when I first saw them. I was amazing. I felt a sense of trust and have not been disappointed

Too big tablets
Very large tablets hard to take with all my other meds.look for a less monstrous size supplement.

Used after broken bone
Seemed helpful after a serious broken bone. Also seemed quite dissolvable, not a super hard pill to crush Had the trace minerals to go along with calcium citrate.

The best Calcium there is
My son had cadaver bone put in to replace the bone by his front teeth after an accident in school where his from teeth was bumped out. Twice he had to repeat the surgery because the bone would get absorbed. He was taking a calcium supplement during that time but that did not help. The surgeon finally told me that Bronson’s calcium works the best and that my son needed to go on that. Sure enough, I started him on that and the next time he had the surgery, the cadaver bone was not absorbed. Ever since then, I have trusted Bronson for my vitamins and had great success with it.
