Good product, but had expected a better packaging from a big brand like this, the product had no seal and I couldn't make out if someone had already used it a bit

Terrible TERRIBLE product !
I have used retinol based anti aging eye creams - and never had any issues ever! This product doesn't even have retinol and is supposedly for just black circles and puffiness - but it burns like hell when applied to the under eye are. The skin below the eye is so thin and delicate - using this ridiculously expensive serum has made my eyes RED and my undereye are puffed up like a baloon! "The Ordinary" is supposed to be a reputable brand - but clearly this is either a fake products or the Indian version of the brand is substandard. Cannot even get a refund ! UNBELIEVABLE ! I do not have sensitive skin and no eye cream has been as bad as this one.

So far so good!
I’ve been using it for more than a month now. It reduced the puffiness under my eyes under two days and it has also reduced the dark shadows under my eyes resulting in more even toned look. Too bad it doesn’t do anything to the fine lines.
