This has totally wrong size chart. So according to chart for 41 cm it's XL but actually it is extremely loose in real. Patellar opening is very small and causes discomfort. And worst part it's not even exchangeable nor returnable. So trying out in real and then buying is legit option than getting it online and Hoping to fit.

Size chart not reliable
I contacted the manufacturer (dynamic techno medicals) on a chat and requested for help on choosing my size. Based on their recommendation and after carefully reviewing the return policy of the seller, which clearly mentioned a 10-day returnable clause for the product, I ordered these knee braces. Right away, I knew that they were too large despite following the size chart. Now the seller refuses to take it back.

Which size should I book
I wanted to book this for my mother. When i check the size of thigh(above knee) with tape, its showing as 56 cm. But here max size only 46cm. If we book Large or XXL, does it fits well or not. So which one fits best for 56cm.
