I Got Organized!
My closet had all kinds of cleaning equipment laying around and I like things orderly. Whoever designed this had me in mind. The hooks, broom/mop holders and storage shelving made my closet neat. It served my purpose very well.

Missing parts poor directions
Missing parts and no way to find a how to video they referenced in the directions. I ended up reconfiguring the parts to make it work for what I need.

Missing parts, no way to contact seller
Product is missing four important structural brackets, poor packaging quality control.The instructions say "any questions, feel free to consult" but there is no way to contact anyone to "consult". I ended up processing a return of this item. I was halfway through assembly when I noticed the missing brackets. The casters were impossible to remove which means it can not be fully repackaged. I hope the UPS store can wrap it up properly, mind you it's very heavy and awkward.The product seems ok, assembly is pretty straight forward. I'm not sure about its quality and longevity, especially given the lack of basic quality control.I don't think I'll buy another one as replacement, it might have the same missing bracket issue.

Impossible to assemble
When you heading assembly paper it seems very easy howelook at the pic is not possible to do it because they all bended,I was trying get support, I got 0 help so returning this item
