Let steamer rest for about 30 minutes, until jar is cool to the touch. 4. Wipe down the heating element and exposed metal surfaces with a clean cloth, removing mineral deposits and build-ups. 5. Empty jar and refill with clean distilled water. Steam again for 3-5 minutes, turn off, and allow steamer to rest again for about 30 minutes. 6. Repeat step 4, checking to see if the vinegar smell has dissipated. If it has not, continue repeating step 4 until you no longer smell vinegar. Important Pro Tips Unless otherwise instructed by the manufacturer, always use distilled water in your steamer. This will minimize mineral buildup and prolong the life of the steamer. Fantastic Steamer!
I had to get a new steamer on a whim. I ordered this and received this so fast! I love this steamer, works so well and even a client or two commented how well it works! After having the same steamer for so long, it was refreshing to have a new one that works so well!

Horrible horrible product
This has proven to be an awful piece of equipment. The first steamer broke and basically burned from the inside and shorted out within 2 weeks of purchase. The replacement sparked and shorted out during a service one week later. Horrible horrible product. As soon as Amazon has it's orders function back online, we will be returning this, not replacing this.

I got it on July 18th within 35 days, it was leaking on the arm and dripping water from the nozzle. It was a defect product, I can not return it or get a replacement because it is 2 weeks passed the return day. But for $120+ steamer, I expected it to last longer than 40 days.

I love the quality of this steamer
I love the quality of this steamer. The jet of steam is very powerful and works great in every way, except that the height of the nozzle arm is not adjustable. If the arm could be lowered a bit it would be perfect. I have to raise my face up using some pillows to get perfect steam.

Works great! I needed a replacement steamer as my previous one broke down on me. Unlike my previous steamer, this one has a timer, however, it is not overly noisy where it can bother my clients. In any case, I have soothing spa music playing in the background.

Spend More for Better
Very low quality. The stand and base were wobbly and not secure. Barely holds any water, must be refilled each facial. I returned this steamer and I do not recommend.

The steamer works fine but the leg is bent and it leans to the side plus the glass container has a chip on the top part where the rubber goes. I feel that for the money I payed it should have not have defects.
