This chandelier looks absolutely beautiful once installed and instantly elevates the room. The crystal detailing reflects the light brilliantly and gives a very clean, modern, high-end finish. These light fittings are absolutely stunning worth every penny, great size ,they look amazing very bright they take a little time and effort .to asseble the cyristas...but they are so worth it

Beautiful chandelier, perfect size and exactly what we wanted. Only issue is fitting the glass beads, this is tricky and need some patience. With help of my Mrs, I managed to put the beads in an hour, but outcome is excellent. Please beware of this before you buy this product. Need twisters to push the glassbeads into tiny holes on glass panel, around 25 of them. If they come with fitted would be better, Otherwise it's good product.

The best light ever bought for my lounge , fits well , good lighting

This was a gift. It's surpassed expectations. Such excellent quality. The gloves are a brilliant addition, as it makes handling the product without it getting covered in hand prints. The assembly was very easy, no issues with the fitting either. The light is bright and the effect on the crystals is just beautiful. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes the design.

The product was just what I was looking for. However on fitting the light the remote did not work. Seller told me several different things to get it to work and it still didn’t. I sent videos and photos and the best they offered was a replacement transformer and £10 discount even though I had the electrician out twice and spent significantly more. The transformer they sent is the right specification but does not match the transformer on the light so needs significant modification and the electrician still couldn’t guarantee it would work even if he did modify it. I asked the seller to replace the whole light and they refuse. They just tell me to send the old light back for a refund but I don’t have the packaging anymore. Stupidly I thought I was buying a brand new working light and wouldn’t need the packaging!!!! Amazon can do little as it comes direct from the seller. However i don’t understand why they won’t replace it when I can just order another and return this one. It’s no different. You can see both transformers in the first picture. The third picture is the new transformer with hardly any wires and the second picture is the existing transformer with many more wires hence my electrician said it needs significant modification. REALLY UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER.
