Works pretty good
I am happy with product. Works well. You do have to put a towel on the back of the neck as water does drip some down the back.

Huge help getting the job done
I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked for our situation. I had no problems as I had noticed in other reviews. It fit nicely around my clients neck and easily fastened. With her in a wheelchair this worked perfectly straight into the kitchen sink with no water in the floor. I would buy this again if another client needs assistance.
