I’ve been using this 4K HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out for a while now, and it performs exactly as advertised. The setup was quick—just plug in the power and HDMI cables, and both screens displayed perfectly with no need for extra software. The picture quality is clear and consistent at 4K resolution, and there’s no noticeable lag or drop in audio quality. It’s important to note that this splitter mirrors the same display on both monitors, not extends the screen, but it’s great for presentations, dual TV setups, or mirroring content between a laptop and an external display. The build feels sturdy, and it stays cool even after long hours of use.

Easy to use and actually shows up in 4k. You’d be surprised because it’s really light but very good quality. No hiccups with signal it was seamless

I encountered several issues with this splitter. It failed to recognize a second monitor for a dual-screen setup, which forced me to rely on both the built-in HDMI and USB ports to achieve a split-screen configuration. When using the splitter for a single monitor in combination with the HDMI port, the display resolution was noticeably lower. Additionally, there was consistent input lag and screen flickering on both outputs. Perhaps most frustrating, the software required reinstallation every time the computer was shut down and restarted. These persistent issues significantly impacted usability and performance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I actually got this so I could get multiple displays to my work laptop but for some reason this unit will only mirror the same display on each monitor. I have 0 reason to look at the same thing on 3 screens. It'll expand them, but it will not split my display. I had to run to the dollar store and by a cheap one but it allows my display to actually split. Why this one refuses to is beyond me, played with it for almost an hour before I gave up. Giving it 3 stars because it was less than $6 so I probably should've known better.
